I know the online sales often throw up red herrings when it comes to guessing how many sold but if that was correct they'll only have one block left to sell. I'm of the opinion they've suspended sales because they don't want to be made to pay for a full extra allocation of 500/1000 in the lower. Obviously Wednesday would want to sell as many as possible so why they'd insist that i don't know but football clubs are strange things often run by clueless people. And they need money. It's the only reason i can think of to stop sales, initial allocation almost sold. Away tickets are supplied on a sale or return basis so it can’t be that. Quote

Gav Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago I noticed Hull sold the entire away end out today, top and bottom tiers. Quote

In this case the club are being run by administrators and it would be understandable if they said 'look if you want more we have to open up the whole lower tier and we can't afford that for the sake of a couple of hundred tickets out of a possible 1000'. Then again it's probably just the dicks that run Rovers thinking ok we've sold enough for there we wan't people spending on home tickets instead ! 1 Quote

There is guidance to the relevant regulation which states both clubs must act reasonably when agreeing upon the final allocation. I think your hypothetical position from their administrators would count as such (subject to it not breaching the minimum 2,000 ticket requirement). Your final paragraph does feel like the most likely explanation of what’s actually happened! Edited 17 hours ago by wilsdenrover 1 Quote

philipl Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Won't be easy especially with all our absences likely increased by the Boro game but we really need to grind out a win at Hillsborough. Thankfully we still have several options to select from and I suspect more youngsters will be getting more match time. For Wednesday, every game is a free hit so they will make for unusual opposition but they have enough players who are not Championship level for this to be all about us being clinical in exploiting their slip ups. MarkBRFC Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Unfortunately I can see what happens here. Sheffield Wednesday's home win is coming based on there last few performances. Sheffield Wednesday 2 a Knackered and injury ravaged Rovers 0 Quote
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Surely, this is a must win game right? History says we come up short... 1-1😳 Quote
sharpysharps86 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The fact that Wednesday haven't won at home yet is scaring me. They came close yesterday against a good Hull side. An injury ravaged Rovers will be seen as a good opportunity for them. I'll go for a 1-1 draw. Baradji. Predicted team: Pears Miller McLoughlin Pratt Litherland Tronstad Baradji Hedges Cantwell Henriksson Ohashi Quote

RoversTilliDie Posted 58 minutes ago Posted 58 minutes ago With our ever growing injury list, caused by our flimsy squad, being overplayed, we desperately need to strengthen our squad in January, or get sucked into the relegation battle. 1 Quote

Gav Posted 20 minutes ago Posted 20 minutes ago I know we have more pressing issues than selling tickets for Sheffield Wednesday away, but it would be good if someone from Fans Forum could pick this up, or another supporters representative and ask why this ludicrous decision was made. 1 Quote

There is no-one left at the Rovers to "Pick this up" with. Quote
