A lot of people are getting the train from 'Dam to Rotterdam on the Thursday, it would be good to get the same train so that everyone can find the same places to have a pint during the day. Perhaps nearer the time we come to a basic plan.

I think the club have done well on this. Its a problem that is not just at Rovers - just look at the following that City / Wigan / Chelsea brought - poor. I know a few Bolton and Rovers fans who are coming to the match - hope its an almost sell out.

I still say take the captain's armband off him at Rovers - a captain should be the club's ambassador - from his comments in Aus it sounds like Rovers are being portrayed as a stepping stone club. We are, like you say, the last train could be missed, night in Rotterdam, then back to A'dam in the morning. Rovers will have to take over a few pubs.

Me and my mates might go crazy and get the P&O "mini-cruise" from Hull to Rotterdam, sets sail 21:00 on Wed night and comes home 21:00 on Fri. Its about £75 each including cabin. The ship has a bar,club and casino!

Good result, we played ourselves into trouble in the first half. Another storming 2nd half dispaly which we should've had more goals but Kirkland made some good saves. Jeffers played well today even though I wasn't too happy about him playing - what's happend to Nonda is he injured? Ooijer is stil very dodgy, the sooner Nelson is back the better, he is poor on the ball and was slow to close doewn Heskey for the 1st and obviously gave ANOTHER pen away. Benni Mac was on another level today with his touch. MGP looks to be getting back to form which is good. Emerton wqas class again The ref was poor, he missed things for both sides.

I expected Kuqi to go for free, so £2.5m is an excellent bit of business. Everyone's views on the club at the moment are clouded by our poor start - which hasn't been bad in terms of performances vs Eveton or Chelsea. Is anything actually going to happen from this poll (and all previous threads, polls etc) ?? Is there any real movement to KEEP the drummers? If they were taken away, would there be an angry mob? I think a few game trial without them is totally reasonable

From watching the match yesterday: - Emerton is CLASS! - Neill played well at LB considering he was a bit dodgy at Pompey - Zurab was excellent - Chelsea are no more entertaining than Bolton, doesn't say much when on the 3rd game of hte season only a few thousand can be bothered making the trip to see £100m+ worth of players. - The penalty probably was a pen, but what is annoying is that for the rest of the game Clattenberg was telling Terry and Cavaliho not to hold players (on free kicks / corners) but why didn't he say this to Rovers players before giving the pen? That sort of holding always goes on, but if the ref was going to give a pen he should've warned us too. - Sav was a marked man again with the booking - I say start Gally against Shef Utd he was better than Ped
