  1. A good manager signs both types of player. It's pretty straight forward
  2. Every single manager in the world signs young players with the hope they will improve though? Mowbray is hardly an outlier as far as that is concerned.
  3. Simple as tha? Easy this management lark
  4. I have 2 feelings about this game..I think Mowbray is gonna play a real unexpected team. Something like Dack false 9 , Armstrong on the right, Brereton left and Elliott midfield with Davenport and Downing. Secondly that we will only draw this 2-2
  5. Chapman himself is at least 50% responsible. He has done nothing in the games he has played, looks out of shape and has very poor body language.
  6. It's difficult to get back to flat track bullying when you're not playing well. No idea. Hopefully we win 4-0 and Armstrong scores a hat-trick I'm optimisticaly going to go 2-1? We could very easily lose it either. I have no idea to be honest
  7. Well he has his chance now anyway. Really now or never for him
  8. If you banged every spare penny you had on Rovers to beat Rotherham you would have had a nervous breakdown
  9. I would hope we could do better than Hill to be honest. I see no reason why he should be in the mix. If they appointed a worse candidate, I think it would be a new low.
  10. Rowett, more clubs than Tiger Woods. No thanks. I wouldn't be against Neil, but I would be hoping for better.
  11. Being a former Rover is hardly enough reason to make someone manager. Keith Hill ,really? You would be happy with that appointment?
  12. He has strange preferences for certain players at times alright. Along with playing them in bizzare positions.
  13. He's getting chances and he's missing them though? Something is off with him since that Bristol city game. Hopefully he gets back amongst them Saturday.
  14. It's far from every post. I think some just can't understand that he is open to criticism too. It's weird. I have named plenty of others who are playing pants. You won't have to search too many posts When he's not scoring ,he's less effective than Danny Graham. Ya, I said it. I clearly want him to start scoring again. For 7 games now, he has been poor. I mean that hardly that controversial a statement?
  15. He's always at it
  16. So letting it run counts as a pass now? You are definitely grasping at straws 😂
  17. 27 goals, accross 2 seasons. Last season the pressure was off. You would be pointing this out if someone else said it. The types of goals he scored last season, were different than the ones he scored this season. That should be a good thing, yet he only seems to do one or the other,or none at at all, as is the case now. Hopefully this is the season where he is consistent across an actual season at this level. He has the foundations laid.
  18. I would agree Dack is probably the one wondering was it the right call. From rovers point of view it was a no brainer.
  19. Here come rovers with their Christmas and New year goodwill......
  20. Wouldn't look too much into that. He starts him every game. If Mowbray left, he could be pulled in January. I would say Liverpool are highly sensitive about how and where he plays. Liverpool still have issues with injuries definsively
  21. The only realistic ones are the last 3 and I wouldn't fancy Hill or Ainsworth. Don't see what they have done to show they would be the ones to push us to the next level. Is Keith Hill related to you or something?
  22. He has been bumped too far up the pecking order at Liverpool I would imagine.
  23. Mowbray gets accused of uninspired and predictable signings, I think we need to move on from Kipre. Mad that we were linked with Sarr during the summer. Looks the far better bet than Ayala now. Ya, Tosins mobility was definitely something that helped us.
