  1. Waggott is enabling this, because surely any CEO in this position would act or advise the owners to act. He obviously hasn't done that it seems
  2. I thought the same, it doesn't guarantee anything. Nobody knows. They probably haven't even decided or looked at it themselves yet
  3. It is used on its own though. To make certain points or cases? I agree incorrectly
  4. I have seen teams and companies where it's a form of Stockholm syndrome. Things are clearly not working, but nobody in the thick of it wants to admit that, some don't even realise. Now put Venkys on top of that and you can see how this can fester
  5. I reckon Mowbray and Waggott have convinced him it's a blip and Tony is the man. He would have to make a case above them then to the owners and really, do they care? What does Pasha know about football? It's just a dysfunctional set up for success
  6. This is Mowbray and Waggot boys club. Pasha is clearly spineless
  7. They don't get football nuance. Pandemic is bad for business, hence why the football is bad. That's all they see and understand. They have no idea what the fans think. How would they?
  8. Don't be. Teams figured us out. Our best attacking players are Armstrong and Rothwell, both suited to counter attck, yet we play a toothless possesion based game and he's too ignorant or too stubborn to change it
  9. Ya. Simply they see the pandemic impact on their other businesses and being completely unaware of football nuance, buy that it's the reason we are doing so badly.
  10. Does it factor in the opposition? Say for Nyambe, he may do well up against slower opponents, but then he may come up against a slower /older player, who has more experience and hence can get the better of him in certain situations? Are those nuances noted? If not, that's the part where a manager or scout with a canny eye can do something no program can. The nuance of human interaction.
  11. 100% Bullshit. To let him lose on with signings then. It's crazy. He will relegate us or be gone by November. Fans need to protest. They need to hold the LT to account.
  12. The way that article was written with light, at best, criticism , is frankly pathetic
  13. Some man of integrity. Hanging around like a bad smell. Knowing the fans want him out and I'm guessing a lot of the players too. All the lies he has said about journeys and building and what has to happen this summer? A complete rebuild. No doubt when we are doing badly next season, he will point to all the transfers that needed to take place during the summer. Obviously it won't be his fault. You couldn't make this up Excuse based manager
  14. Just read it too. Disgusting. Honestly, people need to protest. This is a slap in the face to fans. The LT are as bad running that article without any criticism of the manager.
  15. Well you have just given 2 "so called bigger names" there in Dyche and Howe. Let's wait and see anyway and not go off what's written in the tabloids. As I said, I would be surprised if they go for the Barnsley manager and I think we should be all over that, if we had any ambition.
  16. I would be surprised if a PL team went for him. Palace will appoint a bigger name than him. He has done well with Wycombe. I wouldn't be against him getting the job. I just think there are better candidates out there and worse ones of course
  17. I'm not suggesting waiting is a good idea. He should have been sacked weeks, if not months ago. My point was there is no remaining reason to keep him around once safety is secured. Even if the candidate they want isn't available yet
  18. I'm betting we finish 5th bottom. Ahead of Rotherham and Derby(who will go down) Time ,money, journey, possesion based game etc etc Pitiful
  19. So you've changed your mind? Because you were advocating for him previously
  20. Ipswich, league 1 really does make sense for Mowbray
  21. I don't think he is trying to hold onto his job though. I think he is expecting the sack, but it just won't come.
  22. There are better candidates though, that should be realistic. Barnsley manager being one.
  23. No. I would prefer to go for someone with invaluable senior management experience, as opposed to a rookie. It's not the time.
  24. As soon as safety is guaranteed he needs to go
