  1. New Power Generation - Good Life
  2. I had to look - he's 61 in December. Probably still better than Bell!
  3. Hall & Oats - Man Eater
  4. Wet Wet Wet - Wishing I Was Lucky
  5. George Michael - Fast Love
  6. This quote really made me chuckle (for those who didn't get as far as pg2) "The meat and potato pies that are sold outside Blackburn's ground are without doubt the best I've ever eaten. Not quite sure I'd want to sell up and move to Blackburn but it's worth a thought and has now got me thinking." ?. Can't argue that this lad has ticked off Ewood on his 92 tracker!
  7. Likewise, I fully expected to be rejected last year tbh, but, having never missed a payment & nothing in my circumstances changing (other than taking the 3mth mortgage holiday offered) didn't expect a problem. I didn't know about how it worked last year & maybe should've read a little more into it, but hey, you live & learn. It's not like I can spend it down the pub now anyway! ? Many thanks to you & @RevidgeBlue for your frank & honest replies. Much appreciated! ?.
  8. Thanks for the reply. Didn't try the option a 2nd time so don't know. (Wish I'd waited a bit for your reply now!) Renewed anyway but let's just say I'm gonna be a bit skint for a couple of months now! Surely the better idea would be just to go with the Premium Credit option first time! Finance company is V12 who were used last year.
  9. This is now getting ridiculous! The nice lady at Rovers (Sharon) sorted out my account issue, completed the purchase applying for the installment plan. Just got an email from them saying my application has been refused! It's the same finance company as last year & I didn't have any issues then & never missed a payment! Didn't others have issues with the installment plan last year?
  10. Anyone know how I can link 2 tickets to my account? Got the screen saying I needed to link my accounts which showed 2 client refs. Linked my daughter's and now there's no option to link mine! Currently been on hold to the club for 20 mins!
  11. Oh, most definitely! When I've spoken to a couple of Nobbers recently I've basically told them that they've handed us the lovechild of Lionel Messi & Christiano Ronaldo for free! What I tell myself is that it looks like we have a lad here with a lot of potential.
  12. Phil Collins - I Wish It Would Rain Down
  13. I'll let you tell him that! ?
  14. True, but none with the energy & bite that Trav gives us. Article from last night: https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2020/september/travis-injury-concern/
  15. Picked up a knee injury last night. Apparently might need surgery. He'll be a big miss. I'm just hoping it's not a cruciate injury.
  16. Ed Sheeran ft Camilla Cabello & Cardi B - South Of The Border
  17. Essentially we're being asked to pay up to £230 to reserve our seats for next season. People are attached to their seats (not literally!) & quite understandably don't want to risk losing it. IMO, this is what Waggot is playing on. Do I want to risk losing my seat where I know who I'm sat with every other week, or do I want to risk ending up sat next to some right bellend next year? This obviously assumes that everyone thinks the same & renews. I'm not so sure they will, but I will more than likely risk the money based on this. Do I particularly like it? No.
  18. My daughter said exactly the same. Think she might go for this one, but it'll be a bit odd when she inevitably wants 'Armstrong' on the back.
  19. Room 5 ft Oliver Cheatham - Make Luv
  20. Any update on Trav's injury?
  21. People still not allowed in the ground yet regardless of numbers sold
  22. Men Without Hats - The Safety Dance
  23. I'll more than likely renew, although that wasn't the case up until a week ago. I, like many others, was put at risk of redundancy, so there was no way I was committing to something which I ultimately might not get. Fortunately I've since been told that my job is safe & so the risk/reward factor is not so heavily weighted towards reward. I do though, totally understand that people in the situation I was, & those who unfortunately have lost their jobs, won't be quite as willing to part with their cash.
