  1. He brought Dolan on at the same time as Gallagher.
  2. I think that’s going to happen, to retain some value in him, but perhaps won’t be triggered, until the summer.
  3. They have a tough game coming up on Saturday, away to an improving Sheffield United. That will show what they are made of I think, as a win or draw there, will be a good result for them.
  4. I don’t think anyone would get away with stealing him, as I am sure that his value is high, given the term left on his contract and how much, he must be impressing the manager and coaches. I fully agree, he is a real gem and see him going to the very top. He is as good as anything we have seen at Ewood, for a very long time.
  5. I posted earlier that this was not going to be a cake walk and that’s how it turned out. It looked like things were going against us, as we were the far better side in the first half. The Khadra goal being chalked off early on, in strange circumstances and then the Rothwell shot that came back off the post, were the two big signs of it maybe not being our night. The timing of the equaliser, made it feel even more like that. Fair play though, as despite a fairly poor second half, we managed to dig in and it was fitting that Big Ben’s 20th and heart breaking for the bookies goal, should win it for us. I am becoming a real big Buckley fan and think he could be key for us. Two quality balls set both goals up and he was also almost too selfless, when trying to tee Brereton up, rather than shouting himself, when clean through. Its very exciting being a Rovers fan, for the first time in over a decade, so let’s enjoy it, as this team, look like the real deal.
  6. I would be very surprised and disappointed if there is one.
  7. It’s a Christmas blend I think of pie eaters (Wigan) and Donkey lashers (Blackpool)
  8. I am pretty much the same.
  9. No way is this going to be a cake walk.
  10. The used to be funded by Trevor Hemmings and I would not be too surprised, if he has last some provision in his will.
  11. https://www.tunnelbear.com/what-is-vpn?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=2021 - UK - Search - Non Brand - DSA&campaignid=12601934632&feeditemid=&adgroupid=119461584843&keyword=&matchtype=&creative=508659879112&adposition=&ref_id=mkt_adwords&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7bnoyriJ9QIVB-3tCh26fABoEAAYBCAAEgJMd_D_BwE
  12. It stands for Virtually private Network. Google it, as it is a very interesting concept.
  13. It’s easy enough to make your laptop not be logged on in the UK.
  14. I thought he did what he did free of charge. He once had the place rocking, after a transfer window and worked that hard, he slept at the training center. It can’t be easy unearthing talent that lives in your house, especially someone so good, he would walk into any side in the prem, other than the top six. Im surprised the queen has overlooked him so far, as you don’t get such great people, turning up to enhance the beautiful game, every day of the week.
  15. It’s simple enough to allow the players who don’t want to sign, leave in January. That way, they won’t be a player who clinched promotion and therefore be entitled to the bonus. If this is correct ( I don’t trust the sun) then it is a great incentive.
  16. I’m assuming that being tested daily means, every 24 hours. Would it not have been possible to test the players at 3.00PM yesterday and if all was well at that point, the game goes ahead. Surely that’s an easy thing to do?
  17. Would there be anything to stop a team submitting more positive tests then there really were? Let’s say they were down to 14 fit and knew they were weakened. Send same players positive test in several times, bumping up the numbers.
  18. Your Mrs must be a touch more understanding than mine was. Brilliant though and I take my hat off to you.
  19. Simon, although to be honest, his late mother made me use Andrew as his middle name, as he was going to have Garner, had I got my own way.
  20. I loved Garner and named my son after him.
  21. Paul Dikov springs to mind and I love a player who does that.
  22. It doesn't mention the one year option, in that article, so that could and should make all the difference.
  23. There is the stadium tour, but I doubt that will include a look around the Riverside.
  24. It would make one hell of a social media story, if the fans crowd funded a couple of grand and sent it to the club, with instructions on what it should be used for. I believe the club have been made aware of it, so let’s see what the response is, before that route is taken.
