  1. Just for clarity then, if you don't mind. Nothing was missing from the original version, it was just more detail needed on points already covered? Thanks in advance.
  2. Thanks for confirming. That's exactly they way I understand it, but think the previous reply seemed to indicate the club had received them and not agreed them. A delay as long as this, is understandable, if some of the attendees, wanted to ensure there was more detail and they have therefore been amended/ added to. I take it, this is not normal, hence me saying what I have about previous versions?
  3. I understand that the minutes have always been a watered down version of what has really happened. If that is the case, then the fans, who have read them and accepted that they are accurate, have been taken for mugs.
  4. Plenty give up their time under the radar too and I know only too well that the latest minutes, were not considered to be accurate, by some who attended. I believe this will come out, so that people can make up their own minds.
  5. yep, he needs to know the reason certain people think the fans have been taken for mugs. I have heard it all now.
  6. From what I have been told, the minutes were written very quickly and approved by the club. some of the attendees, did not agree with the original version and questioned them. Are you saying this is not the case, as I have been lied to if this isn't correct.
  7. 1. They ask us to accept that the made mistakes that caused us to mess 3 transfers up. 2. They have lost 3 very good managers in recent years and blamed the manager and not themselves, never accepting responsibility. 3. The let players contracts run down and always blame the players, not once accepting that it could be low balling them 4. They let an agent run the club and sell lots of players and replace them with inferior ones, costing us a place in the top flight and never getting anywhere near retuning. 5. They sack a manager who has us in the top half of the league and replace him, with an under qualified coach, who git us relegated 6. They tell us they will absolutely respect the legacy of Jack Walker 7. They try to sell the training ground and would never have admitted to it, has some fans not uncovered it. 8. They sell our star player a home grown talent, as they have been unable/unwilling to fund the club, through their own underhanded actions, thus putting us in serious financial difficulty. 9. They bring in a bunch of unknown un tested players, including an agent son, who never make a single appearance for the club (referred to as the Portugeezers) 10. They force long serving staff out of the door, with hardly a word of thanks or acknowledgement (David Lowe is one such example) 11. They appoint a global adviser, who turns the club into a laughing stock. (RIP Shebby, as you were well meaning) 12. They send ยฃ5m that was supposed to have been used for the club to Canada and cause serious issues with future funding, due to this. 13. Thye fail to maintain the ground adequately. 14. They raise the prices to such a level that they sell a record low number of season tickets and then announce that they will not try to re- engage with these lapsed fans. 15. They constantly have a reset and promise jam tomorrow, that never arrives. 16. They remove all of the historical memorabilia in blues bar and replace it, with their own version. 17. They constantly run out of stock in the club shop 18. They make it difficult for fans to buy tickets at times and force them into a more expensive route if they can. 19. The pay lip service to respecting the history of the club, such as a proper agenda for the upcoming 150th year. 20. They threaten the fans with a ban, if they rebel in the wrong way. There are many more too, but no doubt you will attempt to defend these 20 for now.
  8. I think you are very wide of the mark here and if you care to do a bit more research and speak to people who attended the meeting (especially this who want for the first time) you will understand what is really going on here. The club use these meetings as a way of meeting their obligations and are literally getting an easy rise and taking the fans for mugs. Some will accept this and some won't and you are free to choose the former, but this is creating more harm than good and I stand by my call for the Fans form to disband.
  9. Up there with the best post ever made on here Matty. The fans forum now need to accept that despite their good intentions, they are doing more harm than good and I call on them to disband and stop the club from taking the easy option in terms of their obligations to have dialogue with fans groups.
  10. Maybe these minutes from previous meetings now need to be revisited. If false minutes have been standard practice, an explanation needs to be made. Why has this been allowed to happen?
  11. Itโ€™s obvious that the new attendees this time, are not prepared to accept, the club friendly version and fair play to them.
  12. I get the sarcasm in your post, but guess many wonโ€™t.
  13. Can I remind everyone we need to agree with everything the club does or risk a stadium ban or warning. To be clear, you fucking imbeciles have totally fucked up again.
  14. Why an undisclosed fee and what is it likely to have been?
  15. I wonder if Pasha is under that umbrella too. Whoops I had better be careful, I might get banned from the club, I have supported for nearly 55 years. Come on Suhail, I dare you.
  16. Who knows. It won't stop me posting what I do and if they think they can ban me for calling them out for the way they are damaging the club, I have supported through thick and thin for 55 years, they are wrong.
  17. As a one off, it could be forgiven, but it isn't and some of the things that go on, are quite frankly embarrassing. Does anyone believe for example that the way the club have marketed our 150th anniversary is acceptable?
  18. That's no surprise and hence the veiled threats we now see. We seem to have come full circle on this now. They fight back in civil meetings and find us out, so let's resort to threats.
  19. Me neither, but if someone had said that certain fans, would receive threats and intimidating phone calls, from someone who was very influential, at the club, in the early days of the new ownership, I would not have believed that either, but hey ho.
  20. You are quite right, there are people working very hard at the club. The problem is those with most power cannot be trusted. A veiled threat was sent out recently suggesting that people will be warned and even banned if they say the wrong thing on social media. Its a case of accept what we are doing whether you like it or not, often forgetting that the fans are the lifeblood of the club. In many cases, fans who have been around for many years before them and will still be here after they have gone.
  21. The smile and the handshake the car salesman gave you, as he sent you packing with your new car and his wallet full of dodgy commission. Its the same at Ewood, smile, let them know that all is well, when in reality, they take the fans for mugs. Some will accept that, without question, whilst others will question it and try to call them out. Who is the better fan? Thatโ€™s a question for our own conscience.
