To be fair, I don't think there are that many on here. Some people take the we'll support you ever more to mean, exactly that, irrespective of what is happening. Supporting the club right now in my opinion, is doing what you can, to oust the people who are literally destroying the very fabric of the club and all that it stands for. Sadly, there are far too many shady people there at the minute, starting with the owners and filtering down to at least two of the people running the show from inside Ewood Park. We owe it to Jack Walker and the club itself, to keep fighting the fight and making things uncomfortable, when we can, not a free reign and built in excuses for failure and corruption, which seems to be the case with some. I thought we had heard the last of the badly advised narrative, but maybe not.

Just 12 short months ago, we were going into a season with optimism, having finished 7th and had a bright young manager, playing an attractive and largely successful brand of football. Once the season ticket sales had ended, we were told about the change of plan, dressed up as changes in Indian tax laws, which resulted in a cut in funding. This as we now know, was in essence the owners found to be sending illegal funds, which was the real reason for the cut and since then a series of conflicting messages have been slowly released. What sort of further bad news will come out after the season ticket sales are completed this year, remains to be seen, but further chaos will ensue and the fans will continue to suffer.

You are quite right, but remember these are all the positives, whilst the season tickets are on sale. Be patient and the excuses will begin to shine through.

I think a lot are feeling the same way to be honest. I hope the club prove me wrong, but I genuinely believe at least 3 sales will take place and very little of what is/has already been generated will be spent.

There is almost certainly still no budget, so deals like this, are likely to be the norm, this summer. Probably Fleck next on similar terms.

I tend to agree with the bulk of that. Suhail has a more active role than what appears to the casual observer and he is the key. If he was closes to retirement age, then we may see a different scenario, so the only hope now is that the cannot fund us any more. It could take a year or two after that, as there are still some saleable assets, but a permanent ban on funding and it is effectively game over.

Negligent is probably too tame a word to use to describe their ownership. It is bordering on criminal and very appropriate that they are having to go to court for permission to carry on, so to speak.

Exactly. So either that was untrue, or here we have the proof, unless of course, someone provides evidence that a further ruling was made in March overturning the ban.

My proof is down to knowing that the previous statement banning them form sending funds, has not been overturned. If it has then proof is needed, if it hasn't then what was in place still stands, no irony, purely fact.
