  1. Is intent required for a red card? If not we've absolutely got away with one there. I look forward to Mowbray balancing out the excuses post match
  2. Because we're bored of underachieving with a squad that could, or perhaps even should, get us promoted. The owners are wrong then, like they've been with almost all of their decisions for the last decade. Clearly you don't cope well with people having a different opinion to you, despite that being your excuse for not putting up a valid argument every time anyone disagrees with you. How predictable.
  3. Desperate times. Can't see Boro thrashing us tbh, a 1-0 loss would allow the inevitable excuses thta follow to not get too much scrutiny, a 3-0 or 4-0 perhaps not. But we never get thrashed, makes the whole thing more frustrating.
  4. Does anyone think a thrashing in front of the TV cameras would put Tony on notice?
  5. Yeah could be. I don't think Hughes would get the Newcastle job but he'll absolutely think he's the right man for it and play the game to try and get it
  6. Wishful thinking sadly. Hughes is lining himself up for the Newcastle job and I suspect he'd feel coming back here was a bit beneath him, despite his stuttering career. And far more importantly - Venkys have bought into Mowbray's bullshit as they don't care enough to see through it. Anyone who knows how football works can see his time is up and has been for a while, but our owners farm chickens and don't give a shit. I so hope you're right, however!
  7. We'll get pumped here. Mowbray to blame Aaron Mokoena.
  8. To be fair he's not wrong; we haven't had any momentum at all this season, in truth. A couple of thrashings earlier in the season flattered to deceive, but at no point have we seriously threatened the play-offs - just like the rest of Mowbray's tenure. We're at the absolute peak of where we will get with him.
  9. Wouldn't mind betting that's exactly the job he's got his eyes on given the timing of the article and Bruce in the position he is..
  10. I will turn to Jimmy Carr for this; that's like being the best looking bloke.... in the burns unit
  11. The local media turning on Mowbray can only be a good thing, if you want him gone of course. Still think we've got him for as long as he wants to carry on failing. Only a relegation battle could potentially change that but we'll more than likely do enough to secure a mid table finish. Head down and pretend this isn't happening for me, the usual under Venkys.
  12. Huddersfield have lost 4 of their last 5 games..
  13. Don't care anymore. Can't even take solace that every loss may lead to the clown getting sacked.
  14. Please, I can't take any more fucking journeys
  15. Liking the line up. But no defenders on the bench. What minute is the first defender getting injured? I'll go 37th.
  16. Made the mistake of reading an article on the LT website this morning. Tony f7cking rabbiting on claiming to not know about a bid for the Crewe player as we have two left backs already. God is hateful at times.
  17. Morons. Who knew inheriting Daddies chicken business wouldn't set them up for owning a football club. They place value in Mowbray buying Armstrong & Dack, who admittedly now have decent equity, but don't see the value in getting promoted and the riches that will bring? Absolute wands. We may as well buckle in for a few more seasons of utter mediocrity as Mowbray isn't walking, and as always it's the fans that are the losers.
  18. Based on this post I vote for you to take over from the hooked nosed old wart.
