Yes but it's a useful barometer to measure how likely it is we'll be there when it matters - we simply haven't been under Mowbray. Personally I would have saved this type of hyperbole for when we were actually in the play off spots, especially given the amount of time we've actually spent there during Mowbray's tenure. It's bang on how I would expect a team to perform given these comments. We'll win some, we'll lose some, he's no real idea why we do either and there are no consequences, so he'll never change.
