  1. It looked like a red in real time and on repeat viewing looks like a deliberate assault and try at breaking Dolan's ankle. The ball isn't in the same Parish.
  2. Crack on, keep up the good work. Apologies for jumping in without knowing the facts.
  3. Like that's going to happen.
  4. Players always get better when they don't play. A football given.
  5. If they shouldn't have but did then total respect for the big screen operator ot whomever gave the ok
  6. I think the pitch won ably assisted by one of the most consistently poor refs in football. I'm happy with a point against a decent enough side in Huddersfield.
  7. Me too. Barged into with no attempt to play the ball. Stroud at fault twice in one second. Takes some doing.
  8. He has never been better than complete shite
  9. Newcastle will dominate this transfer window ahead of the other strugglers. Doesn't mean instant improvement though. If they manage the incoming as well as they have manipulated match postponements then Toon will get safe to Burnley's and Watford's detriment.
  10. Happy New Year to Rovers players, staff and fans everywhere. Let our dreams come true. COYB
  11. Tuchel could always call back players out on loan. There is another squad there and quite a number are full internationals. I wonder if Lukaku agrees with Tuchel.
  12. The Newcastle fans I know are the most deluded fools I've come across .... and that was before the Saudis bought them. They have a long standing delusion of adequacy.
  13. This season Watford have scored 7 more than Burnley but conceded 11 more. Burnley need to turn draws into wins but as you rightly point out struggle to score many. It's going to be a close call and Burnley may well go down.
  14. Yet they are just 2 points behind Watford, with a better goal difference and a game in hand. Their problem is how well will the Saudis buy in the window.
  15. And Toon went up as Champions!
  16. I agree with just about everything you have said in your ongoing discussion. It is worth pointing out that the PL is 'owned' by the 20 PL clubs who in turn employ the likes of Klopp and the winger Tuchel. I trust they have complained to those who pay their wages.
  17. Looks like the Norwich players may be after a similar deal next season! They are hellbent on relegation in this, I wonder if there is a rinse and repeat bonus?
  18. That is beyond words. Just, just come home and hide.
  19. The search for an England opening top order that is even remotely bang average will continue. We already have rabbits so I'm in favour of selecting real rabbits, the big eared variety.
  20. The EFL need to check how many pies Hull ordered and received for today's game.😉 Its always in the detail
  21. An EFL investigation? Well on a very disappointing day that gave me a decent laugh.
  22. Worth noting that those factors, which I agree exist, are basically the fault of those running the PL and match officials acting under orders from above. They could all be cured but first the faults have to be admitted to by those causing them.
  23. Agree 100% Football has to be about striving to play at the highest level you can or there is no point and it is just a habit for fans and a well paid but mundane job for players. In my simple terms I want back what Venkys took away, a well run club and competitive in the PL. i watch a load of football on TV and a lot of Championship games are poor fare.
  24. It may be hard to believe but there are some Rovers who would prefer to play Burnley in the PL and not in the Second Division.
