  1. Chile have 6 games in June. A couple could be Messi v Messy. For the record I do wish BB all the best with his international career.
  2. There will no meltdown from me. I expect very little. I expect not to be disappointed in that. Circus rules apply.
  3. As long as Venkys own us and Mowbray runs the circus I know if Sheff Utd came calling I'd be off like a shot.
  4. FX have ordered 2 seasons of their documentary 'Welcome to Wrexham', it will be well produced and hopefully entertaining. Money in that for sure. As least those lads can take the piss out of themselves, are skilled communicators with heads not up their arses like our shower. I wish them well.
  5. Quote ''There was also a small fee paid for back-up option Aynsley Pears ..........Antonis Stergiakis was a last minute deal in October'' You might even think from reading that article that Pears joined Rovers before Stergiakis ......
  6. It is usual for an Autocrat to name his own successor so we will have to wait on that one. Maybe quite a while.
  7. As long as the new home kit is not in Coventrio blue and white halves it should be ok. If the Club were efficient we may have found out about the JTC too late! Their being inefficient can be positive negative, if such is possible.
  8. I will criticise the shower running Rovers for a multitude of sins BUT announcing a new 5 year kit deal in mid May just after the 'old' season has ended will not be one of them.
  9. I have maintained throughout that Mowbray is going nowhere. He 'owns' the club, it's just that someone else pays his bills. Why? I have no idea unless he knows what's in that cupboard, has the key,
  10. I think Mowbray found the cupboard .......
  11. Unless that is a direct club link account I suspect its fanboy tripe
  12. In the interest of staying polite I was not going to respond but as you, probably inadvertently, call my veracity or accuracy into question I must point out that the highlighted part above is totally inaccurate.
  13. Thank you. I think😎
  14. Spot on Chaddy. Seeing the Leicester fans and the Thai owners post match was a joy to see.
  15. Overall I prefer the game without VAR. It is the human involvement that messes the IT. Wenger's ideas for a new offside interpretation are hopeful. It is staying though, that's for sure.
  16. I called it offside in live play. And I was right 😃 and so were the pundits
  17. Actually offside is the easiest for VAR. It is the offside law that needs attention. The IT is fine but the interpretations arrived at are sometimes questionable but not with offsides.
  18. That save by Schmeichel late on was as good as I've ever seen, as was the shot by Tielemans. Leicester were the better team overall. Deserved win.
  19. Chilwell WAS offside. VAR got it right.
  20. This being the reason why he says so often that he is brimming over with honesty, integrity and humility. He knows he's not and it's for his own ego he repeats the mantra as much as it is for his fanboys. He has been like it all his managerial career, blowing his own trumpet and unable to accept any responsibility. I have to say though that this year in the almost daily LT propaganda sheet reporting that he has exceeded even my expectations in the issue of nonsense.
  21. That takes me back! I had a 'Box' with moss growing on the inside of the window ledges. Reliable until the engine blew on the way to a match.
  22. He bangs on about working a long way from home at every possible opportunity. It's 90 miles! Most of my working life was spent at least 4,000 miles from my home, where my wife and kids were, at that time. Like Mowbray I had to BUT I never bitched about it constantly. He will be on a a good basic wage, bonuses, pension and will have travel plus any overnight accomodation and food covered by the Club. Still he moans. BUT it just 90 miles, unreal. It's NOT a long way. Anti-social job? well that's his long term career choice and if it is such a job well don't do it. Sympathise with him if you want - just don't expect any from me or agreement with a banal argument.
