  1. 2 weeks to go and no ticket info, never mind on sale. Thought it would have been announced first thing as surely they'll know how much they're charging and which stands they are closing.
  2. Sounds like the club have well and truly got you guys on side. You may get lip service but you will never influence anything major at the club. That's not a criticism btw, it's just the way it is. It's time for pressure, not friends. These people are neglecting our club and putting it at risk for future generations.
  3. I fear that despite all the good work the Trust do they won't want to rock the boat or jeopardise their relationship with Waggott and co. He's a proven liar now, so hope I'm wrong.
  4. ...bet this was kept quiet / swept under the carpet by Waggott & co at FF and Rovers Trust meetings. Now is the time for protests to re-start. Never mind "get behind the team" its about having a team to watch long term.
  5. Not at Ewood, more likely a decision from higher up.
  6. Look at the good work the supporters groups did to get fans in for the Watford game, the activities and giveaways beforehand etc. It brought a positive feel and a buzz. Now imagine similar people were running the club instead of the idiots we have now. Granted it's a whole different ball game than organising a fans day but people would re-engage with the club. Fan ownership works as seen at other clubs, however we are a million miles away from that. I would take the admin, points deduction, relegation to start again with the right people involved - in a heartbeat.
  7. Thats just to protect whatever idiot dreamt it up. Empty seats speak for themselves, there's never been this many less than 48hrs before before a game. Anyway, at least someone saw the light and scrapped it (despite how they've dressed it up) so thanks for that and as promised i will now attend.
  8. I'll look forward to seeing them. Sadly, unless the ticket policy changes it won't be on Saturday.
  9. It can't be any more of a PR nightmare than it is now. At least by doing a U-turn they can demonstrate that they have listened and more importantly allow as many fans to go as possible.
  10. Yeah they don't sell the front rows now except for disabilities/mobility.
  11. @Mike Graham @Miller11 Was the 'digital day' mess mentioned?
  12. JW stand would be just as bad if it wasn't for the subtle blocks of 50+ seats greyed out across the stand.
  13. Agreed, I just meant with this particular issue right now. Lessons to be learnt in general there's no doubt.
  14. I would go, but some may have made other plans I agree. Obviously we're still guessing, but if they do realise they've messed up & hold their hands up then you can't really ask for much more than that.
  15. My guess is that they will want as many to buy digital as possible without announcing anything to the contrary until the latest possible moment. Fingers crossed common sense will prevail. In the meantime a few small batches of seats have been greyed out in parts of the JW, likely to be comps. Be interesting to know if they are digital or paper tickets as they are usually collected from the BBE reception.
  16. Cambridge now have a further batch of paper tickets on sale in S01.
  17. They've opened the BBE again for Cambridge, but the lower than usual cup sales caused by 'digital day' will probably be twisted as an excuse to close it again when we play lower league teams in the cup in future. Looking at the seating map, sales are unsurprisingly dreadful. Shame they are too pig headed to do the sensible thing.
  18. I won't be jumping through any hoops to get a ticket. If they won't sell me a paper ticket then I won't be going. I don't have a compatible phone or a printer, so it's upto them. I'll contact them and try to purchase, but if not I'll spend the money elsewhere.
  19. What makes it worse is we have so sit there looking at the endless amounts of V*nky logo's plastered around the stadium as a reminder.
  20. Lets not forget the target is to stay in this league and we will.
  21. Well done to the supporters groups today, I think we can all agree takeover day was a success. Glad to play my own small part in it too...
  22. Single seats only now in the JW Stand. 🔵 OPEN UP THE REST 🔵
  23. Yes. Last time they removed it was v Bournemouth, so fingers crossed. There's only about 20 tickets left in that block now. I've no doubt they'd sell the other 200ish if made available.
