Voted go, for all the reasons mentioned by many and ones I have added to the Mowbray thread.. Mowbray = Mediocrity he has peaked, he will win a few and lose a few but won't ever be able to deliver a sustained challenge. I would bring Neil in from Preston, he would jump at the chance of joining us and lets be honest has over delivered massively at Preston!

I would give Johnson the gigg till the end of the season.. as long as he doesn't get us near relegation I would give him a season to learn and expect him to be very close to play offs following season.. GK (Obviously) LB (Omari has picked up yes, but only because his contract is up for renewal, he's been average before that.. that said I'd keep him as back up) CB (if we cant extent the Tosin) RB (Nyambe needs an understudy, Bennett isn't good enough if we want to be top 4) ST (we need to replace Gallacher, he's never going to be first team striker!) Oops thats 5!
