  1. Its bizarre isn't it? Let's call it Lockdown Lunacy.
  2. Just a reminder to folk not to get caught out by the kick-off time, which is 6pm UK time. Unchanged team for me.
  3. I was pretty astonished to see that an ex colleague of mine and massive Rovers fan, who was part of the group with whom I travelled all over the place following the club in the 1980s - was one of the worst culprits in terms of blindly defending Mowbray and not allowing anyone to criticise him or the club. I'm just hoping that in his case it isn't dementia setting in, as he'll be into his 70s by now, because he was never slow to criticise players and managers back in the day, very vocally. Odd behaviour.
  4. Yeah I started joining in under the "Its the Venkys we need to replace etc" comment. I didn't last long though, as I really can't be arsed discussing things with absolute planks like that, they wind me up too much.
  5. Common As Muck. Great programme.
  6. A house brick short of a hodful.
  7. Paul Weller - Shadow of the Sun
  8. Bill Withers - I Can't Write Left Handed (bring tears to a glass eye this song!)
  9. The Small Faces - Eddie's Dreaming
  10. I was chatting to Gordon Lee's son the other day. Gordon is still alive and well into his late 80s and itching to get on the golf course. He has very fond memories of his time at Rovers.
  11. Captain Sensible - Happy Talk
  12. Grow a pair and dress him in his Rovers stuff in front of her while singing the song that darrenrover has posted on the nostalgia thread a couple of hours ago 😁😉
  13. The Who - I Can't Explain
  14. Roman Holliday - Don't Try To Stop It
  15. Paul Weller - Everything Has A Price To Pay
  16. Cilla Black - Step Inside Love
  17. John Martyn - I'd Rather Be the Devil
  18. Weller did a great cover of this a few years ago. Speaking of whom.... The Jam - Down In the Tube Station at Midnight
  19. Dack is the one with the brain, he would feed off Brereton’s miscontrols 😜
  20. Deacon Blue - Queen of the New Year
  21. Call me old fashioned but I would be playing Brereton and Dack up top if Armstrong is injured.
  22. Firstly, it is Brockhall. And we have had plenty of good young lads come through the academy since Dunn. I need go no further than Jones but we’ve also had Hoilett, Olsson, Hanley etc. If you think we are “correct in rearranging” the training set up please explain what makes it correct.
  23. The Jam - When You’re Young
