At Huddersfield he waltzed through them despite playing as a holding midfielder., he's done it before and can do it more with the right manager putting him in a settled team with quality around him. Dack is a.good player too, I'd rather have Rothwell and his direct running at defences, he'd have no defensive responsibility for me and a free role behind Diaz.

Nah, we were only about 8 or 9.😅 Few years later we moved into the shop on nuttall street....its not there now, just an house now and they all came in for butties at dinnertime.....Lennie, Dave May, all the apprentices lived across from us in digs on nuttall street.......Happy days. Lennie and Dave used to pick me up every week and take me to Rovers centre of excellence training.

I used to go get his pie and bottle of milk from Leavers when the players came back from Pleasy in their mini bus....bunch of us hanging around the old players entrance on our summer holidays and he would tip 10p for a mix up...Friday it was chips and gravy from Lings on Ewood.....used to get his and barkers.👍
