Bullshit. Bucko impact in games is zero because he's not quite good ènough. A good player makes the best of his position and Bucko isn't a good player, especially when the pressure is on. Little flicks and shit have gone, he was hanging on the coat tails of BBD, now he's disappeared as soon as the wins disappear.
