  1. You need an hour or more to get everything across so you did a cracking job in the short window you had. Non rovers fans forget the early days so perceive us as whining about not signing a £15m player and losing a couple of games.
  2. Nailed it. The perfect response to the moronic argument of 'venkys are bankrolling the club to the tune of £20m a season and now you want them to stump up £15m for a player.' People forget what's happened over the last 15 years. Regular football fans think we're chirping up because of a poor January transfer window.
  3. Was about to suggest the same thing Can we do a video of our own using clips from yesterday to demonstrate the lies they've told. E.g. there will be a video clip of waggot saying there are no issues with owner funding. Show that clip followed by Suhail saying yesterday that for a year they couldn't send money over. Suhail also said we'd spent around a million in Janaury, put that next to the statement saying there had been significant investment. There must be plenty out there from media clips, club statements, forum / trust minutes, to give a decent length fact based video. Although I think we'd have enough to rival the Lord of the rings trilogy.
  4. 1. Venkys out 2. Venkys to become interested in the club with an actual desire to push for promotion and they clearly articulate their plans for getting us promoted. Also a sincere apology and recognition of the shitshow of the last 15 years. So essentially Venkys out. 3. Spot on - blood and thunder protests will soon run out of energy and are easy to ride out. This calm considered approach is absolutely the right way to go and gives us the moral high ground. 4. Even in the Rovers TV one with preapproved possibly scripted questions. They came across as guilty as sin. If you knit it together with stuff we've been told previously it's so contradictory. I think Rudy showed how inexperienced he is for the role 5. I'm not local and got a few things going on in my personal life which means I can't dedicate too much time to it (I wouldn't want to sign up to anything and then be unreliable) but I will keep pushing the message across any platform I can
  5. Five key positions to strengthen are Goalkeeper Defence Midfield Attack Boardroom
  6. Gone are the days of "we've got a list in case we get promoted and a list incase we dont" We're now in the era of "fuck knows what league we'll be in how am I meant to know who we're signing" I noticed in the Rovers TV one he said "in January we were proactive and started speaking to our targets at the start of January". Proactive would mean having them through the door at the start of January, not just talking to people.
  7. Someone should point out that if we got promoted and no longer wanted some of the players we could perhaps sell them to a championship club rather than let them go on a free.
  8. He's a recruitment's consultant who's been a director of a few small companies that got struck off before their first set of annual accounts were filed. Thinks he's a big shot businessman who can see what no one else can see as if the rest of us are unskilled workers who've never seen a set of accounts or a big business.
  9. Based on surname possibly Derrick Keighley https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/9169044.rebel-rovers-fans-set-fc-blackburn/ Odd change of attitude tbh
  10. He's all over the Facebook page being massively pro venky pro waggot absolute cringe worthy
  11. And in classic Rovers fashion they missed the deadline of noon
  12. Initial reaction on Facebook and YouTube look good. Looks like even more are onside than on Friday. Although you cant convert everyone "Great interview anyone with the slightest bit of business knowledge knew all this already but surely from watching this people can understand. If you don’t there is no hope.😂"
  13. On the list of pre approved questions from Steve Waggot?
  14. So it appears that we can sell sammie and Wharton get raya sell on fee and have a mighty transfer kitty of £4m. Reinvesting 10% of transfer fees is barely even surviving let alone developing a good player trading model
  15. Agree. He shouldn't be exempt from criticism but he's also new enough to have allies in the game. Pasha isn't going to have anyone text in defending him and I can't imagine there will many defending waggot who started slimeballing decades ago with Coles sign on fee.
  16. But in the past we've got money out of the Venkys - Gallagher, Brereton etc. It's a bit of both, you've got the venkys not putting the money and you've got the CEO happy to trundle along and collect his paycheck. A good CEO would have gone to the venkys and said "let us have 30% of it, we'll reinvest it in these players who will help us kick on on the pitch and we'll be able to sell one of them in a couple of seasons for big bucks". A good CEO would quit after not being backed continually - not sit back and collect his pension.
  17. I've always found it odd that people think losing 15-20m per year is financially advantageous.
  18. Makes sense - leak a story, whip the fans up, debunk the rumour and discredit the "trouble makers". I find ITKers fun in the transfer thread, usually very little happening so they brighten the place up a touch but in this case unless they're absolutely solid they'll harm the protest. Be angry but be angry about the right things. If theres a rumour e.g. about players not being payed, it'll come out quick enough in the media by itself.
  19. Spot on. Calm considered moves need to be made else we risk losing the moral high ground (and legal). Football is very emotional so whilst we've all likely fantasised about some very illegal acts, the calculated approach taken by you / the working group is refreshing and absolutely the right thing to do. Our instinct is to approach this like a MMA match but as you say, this is a game of chess and you're playing it well so big thanks from me (for what little it is worth)
  20. As sickening as results and performances have been, it'll be a huge shot in the arm to the protest group.
  21. I'm with Matty but it's only a minor point on a really good day. To win more hearts and minds it would be better to shine the light more on swag and pasha than gestede. No criticism intended, just feedback to consider / ignore as the process is refined. Gestede still deserves criticism and is so far out of his depth but he's a symptom. Swag pasha and venkys are the disease.
  22. The only negatives ive seen(apart from the usual "where would we be without them" crowd of which there is significantly less than I thought) is a few people wondering what gestede has done to deserve being called out. Overall a positive impact I'd say. Let's hope some momentum builds.
