He should put himself on upfront, can’t be any worse than the incumbents. -

Hedges is infuriatingly one footed. Pathetic for a professional footballer -

We could play all week and not score with our “limited” resources up top. Shame because this Luton side just reaffirm what a crap league it is this year. -

Two wins and we’re in sounds so doable and then you remember we don’t have a striker and haven’t won in about 8 games 😂 Next year lads -

Worked really hard last night and you can't fault them (much much improved on the away performance) but some of the comments that we played them off the park are a bit of a stretch. Always felt they could kick it up a notch. The goal obviously against the run of play and then the substitutions to chase the game really compromised our shape in midfield and we seemed to lose control. I do think there are a lot of positives into next season if we can keep the manager (insane that some of you are calling for him to go) and build around the decent core we have (and sign a f'ing striker). However, talking about how hard the lads tried in a defeat to our closest rivals does illustrate the massive fall in standards at this club. We have to kick on now, not waste another 11 years in the doldrums. -

Spurs have sacked Stellini! They really are hilariously badly run by Levy. -
I wouldn't take him back next season but Morton is nowhere near as bad as some like to make out. Will he make it at Liverpool? Absolutely not. Will he have a decent Championship and above career? I think so. Hope he recovers quickly but this is a great chance to see where our midfield, particularly Wharton stands for playing week in week out next season.

I'm sure the £40/50k a week will take the edge off. -

Nothing to add re managers and appreciate this is a PL thread but Undav looks shite… Also no idea what posses the BBC to continually employ Danny Murphy. As useless a commentator as he is a human being -

I can’t believe that. Pathetic from Hedges, shit from S Wharton and don’t get me started about Diaz at the end - his performance levels of late are embarrassing. -

If they score here it would really cap a shite first half from Dolan -

Dolan and Travis both a massive hinderance for quickly moving the ball. Both consistently fail to make the simplest of passes. -

Could play until this time tomorrow and not score with our front line consisting only of 5ft 4 midfielders with zero attacking instinct… -

Never a pen. You’d be furious if that was given against Rovers. BBD needs to learn to stay on his feet in the box. His first thought always seems to be to go down -

He doesn’t anticipate anything. He seems surprised whenever the ball comes near him. Tbf maybe he recognises he’s shit and wonders why people pass to him… -

Lovely finish from Haaland for his second goal. Just expect him to score every time he goes through on goal. -
Wonder if the police have something to do with lack of advertising? Sure they'd be happy for it to fly under the radar with as few on as possible.

Looked decent in the time he had. Not sure I agree that he should start on Saturday but definitely deserves a chance off the bench. -
This is wild! Not sure what I’ve done to incur such research of my posting history 😂 He was alright today, as I said in this thread (which you haven’t included in your extensive note above). Not sure where you’ve got that I’m putting him down? Not a pop at people criticising Morton (who as I’ve said is crap), you’re inferring something that isn’t there. It’s more the fact that we have another young player also making mistakes who doesn’t get the same treatment. Finally, to revisit your “Wharton isnt good enough jibe”, be surprised if you find that from me, but feel free to spend the rest of your bank holiday going through the rest of my post history 👍
