So many comments about Ryan Nyambe in here it boggles the mind. Would I prefer to keep him - yes. Will I be particularly upset if he leaves - no, he’s incredibly replaceable. There’s people in this thread so clouded by him being an academy grad. He’s a fairly average full back, who doesn’t really offer much going forward. Wouldn’t imagine he’d crack our top 50 right backs of all time.

Thoughts: Was a super day (weather aside!). I really enjoyed the drive home listening to disgruntled Spurs fans on the phone ins. Definite penalty for NEJ tackle on Sheringham late on. Sad that Tugay and Flitcroft both suspended, but still we got to see the mighty Yordi (sp?) make his debut... As others have said, I'd always want a cup run from Rovers. What a pointless comment. Only purpose to try and get a rise… Yes, we’ve had a few good results recently but it doesn’t paper over the fact we had our worst ever home defeat 4 weeks ago (in the second division no less) and we’ve been woefully mismanaged for over 10 years.

Rothwell shouldn’t be starting so call me crazy. Two reasons: 1) Players who started last game deserve to keep the shirt. 2) Whilst he’s not signed a contract extension, we should be planning for future without him.
