  1. To be fair Lingard is playing really well for West Ham. I for one am happy we have a manager picking on form rather than who they play for.
  2. Such a sad indictment of where we have fallen to as a club that fucking Brentford are comfortably outplaying us at home.
  3. Under Hughes I always felt there was accountability. The players would call each other out (in the right way) as would the manager. There was no acceptance of bad performances. I remember we often seemed to be crap in the first half at home but then (after I presume a rocket up the arse) we'd lay seige to the Blackburn End goal in the second. In this team there's no leaders and no one to set the standards. Conceding a goal means almost certain defeat. If we play badly in the first half, we're likely to play badly in the second. There's just no fight and it's so so disappointing to watch.
  4. Absolutely. I'd kill to have Andy Todd in the centre of our defence right now. Bollocking teammates and elbow smashing opponents.
  5. The comments on the Rovers instagram on the full time score are disgusting. The amount of happy clappers. There's one suggesting an extension... I genuinely don't think that's even a troll.
  6. I genuinely think we are in serious trouble here. The players seem disinterested with Mowbray in charge and I just can't see the lunatics in charge getting rid of him. I'd honestly be shocked if we even limped to 50 points.
  7. It's like some cruel torture now. Just please leave and let this nightmare end!
  8. Just watched it. He's just talking shit/lying throughout. This is nothing more than a cash grab, I just wish the facebookers could see that.
  9. This is a new low for the idiots in charge. Not content with dismantling Jack's legacy on the pitch, they're now going after key infrastructure...
  10. Well there's fuck all chance of our owners ever sacking a manager on the back of a win. Sometimes you need to be a little more pragmatic in search of long term success. Anyway no point continuing to argue with someone who's contribution is one word in response to something they disagree with.
  11. Thanks for your insight, solid discussion. I would take Rovers losing tomorrow all day if I was certain it would result in the end of Mowbray. Losing 3 on the bounce followed by a lucky win is no good to anyone. For the long term health of our football club we have to be back in the Premier League, it's the only way we'll be able to rid ourselves of the current owners. The best shot of being back in the Premier League is having a manager in place until the end of the season to assess the squad and what they need for next year. It's quite simple.
  12. Won't be watching. Hope for 5 nil Forest, the end of Mowbray era and the chance for someone new to have the end of the season to work out what they need before a real push next year. I expect 2-1 Forest and we limp on.
  13. Worst thing about this is the total lack of any rumours of him being under the slightest pressure. We're essentially united in wanting him gone but he's here to stay and there's nothing we can do.
  14. Footballers are a bunch of overpaid and over protected bunch of children. They scream and shout at referees with essentially no consequences. I for one am delighted that a 6ft referee has finally put one of the jumped up little pricks in his place.
  15. I'm putting that performance close to Spurs away in 2012. I guess at least we had a few shots on target tonight. The striking similarity is that it didn't get the bald nob head sacked and it won't get Mowbray sacked.
  16. Mowbray has to go. He's wasting the short window we have with a talented squad. It's genuinely painful watching these insipid performances week after week.
  17. Take Gallagher off and then start launching it to the midgets left on the pitch. Bizarre
  18. Don't want to make excuses for Mowbray and his ineptitude but the pitch really does us no favours when trying to play a passing game. That said the state of the pitch is entirely on the owners. Another bizarre contradiction - want a manager to play expansive football but only pay for a ploughed field to play on).
  19. Wimbledon away in the League One season is genuinely the coldest I have ever been in my life. Was during the "Beast from the East", think it was about -5c but felt more like -10c with the wind chill.
  20. Never been so disappointed by a Rovers goal... I want him gone and this will prolong the misery.
