Lets look at the teams to go up from the Championship over the last few years then. In 2017 Newcastle went up who spend a lot of money. Huddersfield went up that year and spent very little in doing so. The other side that were promoted that season were Brighton who made their club record purchase by paying Rovers £4 Million for Shane Duffy. In 2018 Wolves and Fulham both spent big and went up. But Cardiff also went up with a group of players that did not cost a lot. Norwich and Sheffield United both got promoted last season spending less on players than we did and they also both lost their star player from the previous season. The other promoted side was Villa who did spend a lot. This season Leeds have gone up having sold 3 of their best players from the previous season and they haven't spent a huge amount of money on players but have brought in a manager who has improved the players that were already at the club. I think it would be fair to say that when you said 'you need money, significant amounts' to get promoted it was rather an exaggeration as multiple clubs have proven over the last few seasons. Another thing that is forgotten as well is that Mowbray unlike the majority of managers in this division has not had to sell any key players in his time here as manager.

Tell that to Chris Wilder or Neil Warnock or Daniel Farke or David Wagner.
-
Physically not up to the Championship yet. Send him out on loan and let him get used to the physicality of men's football.
-
Walton Nyambe Lenihan Tosin JRC Travis Johnson Gallagher Holtby Rothwell Armstrong Whilst I would like to see more of our young players given a chance I believe that we have a duty to those other sides battling relegation to play our regular first 11.
-
But Mowbray has shown nothing in his career to suggest that he is capable of managing Premier League players. He had one season managing in the Premiership and finished bottom. He had an good squad of players at Celtic and failed badly. Mowbray is a mid table of the Championship manager.
-
Based on what? He's only ever managed 1 season in the Premier League and finished bottom
-
Chapman showing the benefit of having a proper wide man out wide for the winning goal. The likes of Brereton, Gallagher and Samuel aren't going to be putting in a ball of that quality.
-
Which is what we should have been playing all along.

Brentford one down. Poor goalkeeping from Raya. -
If only Bennett was half as good at football as he is manipulating gullible fans to hang on his every word.

So you have one friend that is a Norwich fan and claim to talk about what Norwich fans think. But when @Mercer talks about his Rovers supporting friends that that want Mowbray gone you dismiss it. -
The captain next season should be someone who is not currently at the club. That is a big problem with our current squad, we lack leaders and are mentally weak. We need a captain with a no nonsense winning mentality. Someone who will inject a bit of fire and spirit into our lads, lift our heads when we concede a goal and bang a few heads together when needed.

Yet yesterday you were claiming to speak for Norwich fans, although you never did tell us where you found out their opinions from. -
Transfers 2019-20 Review

Walton- 2 Had a little run of form when we went on a decent run just before lockdown. But he has simply cost us to many goals from such basic mistakes be it saving a simple shot or coming and catching a simple cross. The only good thing you can say about his signing is that thankfully it isn't permanent and aren't stuck with him for the next few years. Tosin-6 Vastly overrated in my opinion. A decent player but not as good as many seem to think. Prone to lapses in concentration and doesn't use his physique enough for my liking. Johnson-4 When he turns up and is on it then he is a very good player but sadly this has been all to rare. He's never really looked fit and in shape from the first game of the season. Downing- 6 Started the season well but has faded the longer it has gone on. He's going to be 36 come next season, I personally wouldn't be offering him a new contract. Holtby-5.5 He undoubtedly has ability but a mixture of injuries and being played in the wrong position mean that we haven't seen the best of him yet. Gallagher-2.5 He is not a winger and never will be not matter how many time he is played there. The problem is that he doesn't look much better when upfront. On the plus side at least he has scored a few more goals than Brereton. -
Yet when Lenihan was missing at Barnsley it was Mulgrew not Carter who started. Mowbray has no faith in young players.

Still need a point to over take last seasons points total.
-
Surely the last that we will ever see of Graham and Samuel.
-
Johnson's fitness has been appalling all season. Which is a shame because if he were to get himself in shape he'd be a very good player at this level.

A 12 point deduction is the standard penalty for going into administration. -

They will be deducted 12 points and finish lower down the table as a result of it. -

The points are taken at the end of this season. The only way they would have been taken next season was if they finished in the bottom 3 on merit which can't happen now. -

I thought Hull looked a terrible side when we beat them and Ewood and went into the bookies the morning after we played them and got 33/1 on them to go down.
