Good post. It says a lot about the transfer policy at Ewood. Mowbray has said a few times he wants/likes to develop young players. I think that's probably one of the reasons he originally got the job. Nothing wrong with that policy but I'd imagine the successful teams have a lot bigger % of their players in their prime.
