  1. “Maybe because of the extra injuries those teams get, and we fall into that category like Southampton in the Premier League and like us they’ve dropped away pretty badly and maybe that might be because of the situation of trying to play high intensity football in a season where the games are coming every three days" Wanker
  2. Mowbray not 'running away from results' after Wycombe defeat | Lancashire Telegraph “We’ve had so many 1-0 defeats this year and you have to turn those 1-0 defeats into 1-0 wins and then you would be right up the table" Wanker.
  3. You've got to hand it to Mowbray, this is the ultimate Death Spiral. Nobody does them better. The question is, can he get to 1 win in 15? or even 20? It's a fascinating journey.
  4. We're on a journey. The destination is unimportant.
  5. I think he's going to go all in on 'the players have let themselves down' With added 'injuries have killed us this season, JRC playing was pivotal today and we lost him early doors'
  6. Did his brake cable get accidentally tangled up with your knife?
  7. LT: John Buckley is now central, Gallagher and Dolan either side of him. Johnson playing more of an advanced midfield role than we're used to seeing, with Downing in the holding role. Absolute clown.
  8. Police issue statement following sudden death of Yeovil captain Lee Collins aged 32 - Mirror Online Only just seen this. Dead at 32. Tragic.
  9. I once saw Chris Wilder take the piss out of people who came out with that bollox. I've loved him ever since. Mowbray uses it.
  10. Alfie, the odd job boy of Clitheroe - BBC Three This is brilliant. Top lad!
  11. But still taking a job outside the South.
  12. Tony Mowbray outlines Rovers' transfer window thinking | Lancashire Telegraph He's discussing the summer transfer window. How depressing.
  13. And Barnsley is his new go-to reference for the journey we're on. He's ditched the Liverpool comparisons.🙄
  14. Mowbray on transfer chief's exit & search for his successor | Lancashire Telegraph
  15. Blackburn Rovers make decision on Harry Chapman's future as midfielder sent message - LancsLive Chapman's coming back in the summer. Mowbray sounds like he thinks he'll be here too.
  16. We won't know what they're worth until we sell them.
  17. It's odd if it's how it looks. Maybe they just reach the point where they lose faith and decide to ostracise whoever is in charge. There was a post by a @phili back in January that said there was a breakdown in comms between Mowbray and the owners and had been since late last year. Maybe they are about to pot him, or just as likely give him a new deal. He's starting to look a bit gaunt to me in the recent pictures of him. Maybe he's under more pressure than we know?
  18. There are outliers but on the whole across the Championship you're wrong - ably demonstrated by the fact we have as many or more Academy Graduates in our 1st XI squad than every other team in the league. We just have a shit manager.
  19. Brentford don't have an Academy so why are they being brought into a discussion about Academies?
  20. He's reached the point where they've stopped backing him by the looks of it. The Venksters will presumably now go in to sell mode like they did when they'd had enough of Bowyer.
  21. His main flaw is he's won 1 match in the last 12. We are underachieving - massively Snobbery? So we should be in the Top 6 then, like Barnsley? But you said our players weren't good enough for the Top 6? I'm confused.
  22. How do you know? A bid was made for Lenihan BY Sheff Utd by all accounts and I'm sure there's been interest in others. With respect, you won't have a clue who has bid for our players or shown an interest.
  23. Like who? ????????????? They've spent millions, they haven't been raised through the Academy. They don't have an Academy.
