Losing that kind of money is not sustainable for any club. Change is needed. I agree a salary cap would be a possible step in the right direction. There needs to be fan input and oversight also as without fans football is just another sport. Imagine if we'd have had the power to veto decisions like firing Big Sam or giving Steve Kean a job etc etc etc.

Maybe it is that drastic changes throughout the whole game are needed? What solutions can you forsee?

It was embarrassing. We should have smashed them 7 - 0 in the first leg but for some reason no body would have a sho on goal. Missed the second leg as we had gone on holiday to Amerikkka. Me and my dad were looking up the result in a diner or something like that as that was the only place we could get on the Internet. Was gutted to lose to them. Bollocks. We were averaging 25k a week 15 years ago. It's only due to the total decimation of the club by the ownership that crowds are as low as they are.

So people should be positive about the ticketing, maintenance of Ewood, no signings, Venkys etc etc?
