  1. I think the extra couple of thousand will probably renew like you say. The reality is that the season ticket base has been whittled down to the hard core supporters who would go no matter what. To me that's why the pricing is so disgraceful. They know that there will be the 7-8 thousand who will get a season ticket no matter what so they are just squeezing the most possible out of them. Its incredibly exploitative and down right disrespectful. The people in charge of this are either so incompetently brainless or they are complete scum.
  2. Not really, its as piss poor as its always looked. It is quite literally half of what we used to get.
  3. We can sell them Pears as a replacement.
  4. Haha I remember him. Diahreah.
  5. Well it's another cold frosty start here today. Should be a good day. Hopefully we don't get that bitter easterly again.
  6. Good to start with a home game. COYB!
  7. Exactly, they have appointed Kompany who although untested is a big name and will be a big draw when it comes to recruiting players. When we went down we had a total arse wipe in charge who couldn't manage his way in and out of a telephone box.
  8. No point, he's just being difficult. I think he needs ten minutes on the naughty step.
  9. The Hollies - On A Carousel
  10. Can't really beat the Duffer. Steve Reid was another belter until he got that horrendous injury.
  11. Not sure how anyone could say that this season's ticket sales are anything other than a complete disaster. Despite the total capitulation from February onwards, last season was actually quite positive for the club. People started to take notice again and for the first time in 12 years there was some actual belief in Rovers. If the pricing was respectful and some half decent PR had been undertaken then I think we'd have easily outsold nob end, Bolton and maybe even the dingles. But alas once again the powers that shouldn't be decided 'fuck em, if they can't pay it then they can just fuck off'
  12. To sell less season tickets than Preston can only be viewed as total failure. If the people in charge of this had anything about them they'd resign.
  13. The idea that Burnley will go down again next year is almost laughable. I'm not saying it couldn't happen but they are far more likely to get promoted.
  14. Because they are as thick as pig shit. Or they are deliberately trying to destroy the fanbase.
  15. The club that couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery should buy a pub. This has to be one of the best things I've seen on here. Absolute gold.
  16. Welcome to our world dingles.
  17. It won't be. All the other clubs were well into shifting big numbers by the time season ticket prices were even a thought down at Ewood. The people in charge are either complete morons or they are deliberately trying to degrade the fanbase.
  18. It's so basic that any competent ten year old could understand. As with most things at this club the ticket pricing required the tiniest bit of initiative and effort so as per usual it was put in the too hard basket.
  19. The easiest option is always the best option when you don't give a fuck.
  20. To be fair I don't think I missed out when it came to going for a half time piss.
  21. My dad always told me stories of how people would stamp their feet together to make loads of noise. I've only ever known the new Ewood. Feel like I really missed out on the 80s.
  22. We don't do proactive strategies at this outfit.
