If Newell would be happy to give up his managerial career to become our coach, he is devoid of all ambition. I'm sure he didn't set out on his managerial career with the ultimate aim of being a coach in the Premiership. What makes you think he'd make an able coach? And do you think Hughes would be happy to be told who he should have as coach? Someone who (quite possibly) he's never met before?
