  1. How many of those were immediately after his first touch?
  2. I wouldn't be surprised if Brighton have let us have him for cheap (as his initial loan failed) with the assurance that he'll be used to spell Moran, who we're in danger of running into the ground.
  3. I was saying to my dad the other day - the trick the owners pulled when they allowed Broughton / JDT to think that the money saved with Ayala / Dack / Brereton-Diaz etc leaving would be freed up in the wage bill, only to then slash the wage bill by the same amount was disgraceful.
  4. Not that you're obsessed or anything, having brought him up twice without prompting.
  5. If we're brutally honest, Travis is a pantomime villain. He couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag.
  6. Smart man if true - they're considerably wealthier than us.
  7. Let's see how the window plays out. It's clear that JDT doesn't like Travis in the CM role, so talk about him backing up A. Wharton and Tronstad is just that - talk. He's been relegated to makeshift FB in the last few months, he clearly needed to be moved on. And again I think he's a good Championship player, but he doesn't fit the style of football or formation JDT wants to play.
  8. After his performances (and lack of effort) post January he can get fucked tbh.
  9. I assume there's a loan fee and they're paying his full wages - so it's a temporary solution that they'll solve in the summer... or he comes back when we lose JDT and we change style / formation.
  10. Again, virtually giving away Phillips v actually giving him away. Broughton made the best of a bad situation with a player that clearly didn't want to be at the club and literally held all the cards. It's not the insult you think it is.
  11. And he'd be so far behind A. Wharton and Szmodics that he'd just be at the awards ceremony for a jolly.
  12. Ideally they're sizing us up for a sale - but we all know they're seeing what else they can cut back on. Absolutely baffling why they continue to hold onto the club.
  13. He cost us two goals yesterday - he was awful. He was a really useful makeshift RB (albeit he didn't have the close control or passing to play there - the additional size he brought to the team was a big boon), but he's let us down at CB.
  14. Explains why he ducked out of two headers and cost us two goals yesterday then. Poor form that from a professional.
  15. Let's hope they've paid to break his contract then. Recalling him when he's injured for months makes little sense.
  16. They'll want £8m+ for Carter. We're under no pressure to sell him, he's 24 with bags of potential and only Premier League teams (or aspirational PL teams) could entice him away. Travis - I reckon they'll be looking at £1.5m - £2m.
  17. We're a slow team across the board. It was frightening watching Watford hit us on the counter.
  18. I gather not many - or they're not with O2. I can never get a signal in the Jack Walker.
  19. It's also stretching the truth. Ennis and Telalovic have a handful of starts between them. They also cost £200k combined.
  20. Genuinely, is their budget smaller? We haven't spent much since Mowbray left.
  21. JDT will leave in the summer / later in the year when managers start getting sacked.
  22. Tell him it's character building. Failing that, just burn any Liverpool / Man City et al piece of merch he brings into the house.
  23. I suspect he wouldn't be playing if he had a deal lined up. You know what teams are like.
