That volley only went in because it took a huge deflection! Not sure i buy that, especially with Evans & Samuel, they weren't key players last season. If we go into this season scared to replace a couple of the weak links with better players because of "team spirit" then we will deserve to struggle, that would be really weak management.

Williams, Evans & Samuel wouldn't start for me. I'd like to see Bennett back in the middle with Smallwood, and two new lads (Armstrong & ? Do not say Maddison/Chapman, they aint happening!) either side of Graham, with a new alternative to come on/in for whenever Graham is unavailable, which i think might be a lot this season.

I imagine that will be to do with all the media, press conferences, interviews etc leading up to the first game of the season rather than any potential incomings. Apart from the ones that might come in on loan of course.

As exciting as this could potentially be, its certainly not going to make our season. At least 3 permenent signings are needed on top of this.

Certainly beats Rakeem Harper this time last year. Always said we should only be signing players like this if they are a genuine cut above what we already have.
