  1. 1 - Not sure, but must be pretty high up there. 2 - I believe the last time we didn't have an academy player in the match day squad was against Bolton back in 2009... https://www.premierleague.com/match/6548
  2. Who cares what a few online thought though? The club is a business and should have protected that investment in the summer of 2021, especially as in that lockdown season you could see there was a player finally coming through.
  3. Dion Dublin I believe it was.
  4. Well we won 3 in a row, then lost 3 in a row. Since then we have won (Blackpool), lost (Bristol), won (Watford) and lost (Luton). So maybe he is right!
  5. Cardiff is in the midweek after Milwall. Anyway, lose this 1-0. Milwall are exactly the sort of side we can't play against.
  6. Most predictable result of the weekend again. No point dressing it up, yesterday's performance was pathetic against a team who hadn't won't at home yet, and that included games against Presto , Wigan and Coventry. JDT obviously needs time to stamp his ideas in, but I think he's showing himself up to be pretty naive at the minute.
  7. Think you two have really got your wires crossed 😆
  8. Yeah a load probably twigged on that you would need the membership for Burnley and buying it now.
  9. Noticed on Rovers article for the Cardiff away tickets that they are now stating that any 1875 membership bought after September 1st wont be valid for the first priority date of away tickets.
  10. Best scored two goals in his time here, dreadful player and personality. The above goal was actually a Chris Taylor assist haha.
  11. And Wigan away! We'll lose here 2-0, to keep our symmetrical run of won 5 lost 5 going into the international break.
  12. 6 Times. 6 times in over 4 years.
  13. Never really does here though. Only won 9 points after going behind first last season, 0 so far this season. I don't think we have come from behind to win an away game at this level since 2014.
  14. Midfield is what will stop us causing any kind of impact in the league this season. Needed a really strong player to compliment Buckley/Travis for me. That's the biggest failure of the window, the other signings, apart from Szmodics who i need to see more of seem to be ok.
  15. We're due a draw. I reckon 2-2.
  16. Yeah 14th-20th seems about right. Most concerning thing for me is never being able to get a result after going behind, although that's certainly a problem from before this season.
  17. Only football tomorrow by the looks of it. All other sports seem to carrying on as normal. I think games should probably be on, but can see both sides.
  18. All Prem and EFL games postponed tomorrow.
  19. Because Vincent Kompanys Burnley are the current Sky flavour of the month.
  20. It was, but only in the North West. All the other regions showed the Rangers game. Why, I'm not sure as they didn't even win a game in there group, at least we managed one!
  21. Started off as first choice with Nelson and Todd when he joined so got plenty of games, and as the club moved on signing Samba and Ooijer etc he just fell down the pecking order. Don't think he played at all during his final two years here, thats where he had the loan spells you mentioned.
  22. Went to the 3 home games, really enjoyed the Rosenborg game even if it was a dead rubber.
  23. We're charging them £30 for the return game, or is that ok?
  24. Luton tickets on sale today without the x amount of away game restrictions. It will probably sell out but can't see it being as popular as last season, especially as there is now a train strike on this date. I imagine Burnley will be around 2k, think it will be a few hundred less due to segregation as looking at there blackpool highlights the fans seemed really close together! Probably ST, 1875, and maybe 2/3 aways for that one considering we have had Blackpool and Wigan fairly early.
  25. Think JDT has already said that Brittain won't be back until after the international break. They were hopeful on Wharton though, maybe move Carter out to right back and bring Wharton in at centre half?
