  1. Even Jason Lowe scored a screamer once to be fair.
  2. Just another little PR piece, I'm sure Eustace would love some pace, power etc. Bet he doesn't get any though.
  3. £449 for a Riverside/Blackburn End season ticket from August 1st.
  4. Think that's highly ambitious to be honest, I don't think we'll see anything like that.
  5. "To cover operation costs for the 24/25 season that included strengthening the squad" it says. I personally don't think anything gets sent over.
  6. From the June newsletter... CLUB FINANCES AND CONTINGENCY PLANNING WATR asked the ‘what if‘ questions such as what is the plan if no finances are forthcoming from the Owners and what if the Owners decide to put the club up for sale. WATR were advised that there was no current impediments to allow the Owners funding the Club in the future and that the Delhi High Court case in August does not involve the running of the Club. SW informed WATR that funds had been requested from the Owners to cover operational costs for the forthcoming 24/25 season that included looking at strengthening the squad for the coming season. The Club are working on bringing in new players to give more strength and depth to the first team squad this season and this will obviously include some current players going out. The Owners are very clear in that they are not considering selling the Club. Should they ever decide to change their position on this matter then the usual sale process would kick in as has happened at other clubs. The Owners continue to fund the Club as they have done since they acquired the Club that gives us financial stability unlike other Clubs with many currently looking for either new investment or selling their clubs to new Owners.
  7. I think it was mentioned in the recent meeting between Waggott and We are the Rovers, I don't think there is an official statement out there regarding it.
  8. 2 years is a hell of a long time ago at this club. We have the small problem of the owners not being able to fund there club with there own money now.
  9. Give over Chaddy, if you haven't worked this lot out 14 years in then I don't suppose you ever will.
  10. If he's still here come the end of August when desperation creeps in into how they are going to fund us until January I don't think it will take much of an offer for us to accept.
  11. Always the lazy expectation that, I don't think we'll sign anyone from Birmingham.
  12. That 850k will just cover another few weeks of wages, bills etc.
  13. That's exactly what I expected, and glad it's finally come out. I really hope that was your last post.
  14. Only when it comes to venkys rovers because I have lived through 14 years of this utter bullshit.
  15. Haha give over. We both know the answer to that.
  16. Wasn't the Rak-Sakyi story last week but it was Luton who were in pole position? Making it up as he goes along Nixon.
  17. Remember the fuss/hold up over O'Riordan's move too. Trying to pay the 500k release clause over 20 years or something.
  18. What? I asked why the article states "Ali-Al Hamadi signs".
  19. Why does the article say "Ali Al-Hamadi signs"? None of those 4 will join, by the way.
  20. Still some out there claiming that an initial £16m for Wharton was a good deal.
  21. Wasn't that just nonsense or was it true? Just seen above that is the case if they permission, which they currently do not.
  22. They have sent no funds since November. That's all I need to know as to whether they are allowed to or not.
  23. Only wore that 3rd strip once too, at Spurs in the league cup.
  24. Why? Nothing has happened in recent games to suggest that.
