Actually it should probably be on the songs board.

Number 1 on the posting guidelines 1. No bad language This board attracts a wide range of visitors, including the young and easily offended. We therefore ask that you refrain from using bad language in your posts. This will be enforced in all sections of the message board.

That's a good enough reason for me Hasta We have a songs section for a reason. I'll leave a link to it though.

It appears that way cos if a few people stand up on the front row then virtually everybody behind em ends up standing. Tell me though Ben if you watch the Rovers on Sky at home do you bounce up from off the settee ad bang your head on the light every time Emerton takes a piggin corner or whatever? Just rem you standersuppers that in all seater stadia unlike the terracing of old the people behind you cannot move! In the old days we could simply move away from the numpty's You should have seen me jumping around the living room when we scored the second against Liverpool. Are you teeling me that when Rovers score when you are watching a game on the TV, you don't cheer, or anything!! I shout and jump around the room when we score.

Too early to blame Hughes yet. He's trying to make do with the @#/? he has been left by Souness. Hartson, Henchoz, Brown, and Savage in January please.

Agree with some of your points Capt. I probably wouldnt make quite so many changes, just these: Todd in for Matteo 2 up front (not sure which two, jansen and Stead possibly) Emo to the right Djorkaeff or Pederson on the left Ferguson and Tugay / Thommo or possibly Reid in the middle I think the full backs will be ok with a more solid centre back pairing. I still think Reid could play in the middle of the park. He has a good engine and can tackle a bit. I'm sure he'd do better there than Flitcroft. One thing is for sure, we cannot afford to play one up front this weekend.
-
Tashor, spot on. We need to play 2 up front and we need to hae Djotkaeff to unlock defences. The only way we can do it is to play him out wide on the left. Playing one up front just doesn't work for us.

The Pro MGP posse (ie every Norwegian who visits the site) are starting to do my head in now. Mark Hughes is spending 5-6 days a week with the lad, if he doesn't think he's ready I'll take his wod for it rather than a few biased fans who watch him on the TV. Yes he's Norwegian, and I understand your loyalty but don't slate Hughes, he looked completely out of his depth when he did play.

Need to start playing a 'solid' 4-4-2. Dickov up front by himself just doesn't work. I know he's short of confidence but we need to play Stead and Dickov. We need to bring Todd back in at the back and tighten things up. I know it sounds easy, but lets be fair it should be, football isn't a dificult game but we are managing to defend like schoolboys.

Not sure if John Williams is to blame for the mess we are in at the moment Mrs Jansen. I've always felt he is an excellent Chief Exec.

Isn't Lloyds bar actually inside Fulham Broadway tube station. If you see 2 little foreign looking lads around there give them a clip round the ear and tell them I want my bloody phone back.

Just hoping Kezman and Gudjonssen get crocked during the champions league game. For a club like Chelsea they are a bit light for Strikers at the moment. Can't see us getting a lot from this one to be honest, 1-0 Chelsea.

looks like Souey and Savage had words after the game when Savage tounted Souey about only being 5th choice for the Newcastle job. Looks like Souey had a good come back for him though 1st round to Souey -
Agreed Jim, I think he will do well for us. We need a little bit more creativity and hopefully he will give us this
-
So who crossed the ball for Flitcroft to hit the post????? Krislu, I know you guys are probably a bit miffed that Pederson has been ousted by Jansen but he actually did ok last night.
-
Did he win the world cup or was he in the team that went out when the other Baggio missed the pen. The only other one I can think of could be Ossie Ardiles
-
Just out of interest, is this the first time we have had a world cup winner playing for us?

I think the key thing about last night is that we played pretty well. We had 8 shots on target to their 2. The one thing I did notice is Stead is really low in confidence, he seems to be shying away from the ball. Emerton is one of the most frustrating players i've ever seen, he has verything in his locker but just can't seem to put it all together. There was a golden opportunity last night to run down the wing and get a ball in the box but yet again he cut inside and the move broke down. I'm sure things will click soon and we'll be fine, just need one to go in off Steads arse or something. -

Abbey, I have watched their pen shout a few times now and it is very very similar to ours.
