I could see JDT walking if it’s true that we didn’t even get the O’Brien deal done. When Sheffield United were 2-0 down, Burnley were 2-0 down and QPR were 1-1 I was thinking it was going to be a great day for us. We just need to keep winning our games and see where it takes us.

Would this be one of the first times that the team at the top of the league has lost more games than the team at the bottom of the league. Can’t have happened too often surely?

If he hadn’t left when he did he would have probably been sacked fairly soon after as it had all turned a bit sour if I recall. Pretty sure there were quite a few calling for his head.

It’s mental that we’ve seen some actually awful football so far this season (and some top quality games too) yet we find ourselves just 3 points from the top of the table. I think we would have all taken that at the start of the season. Just shows what a competitive league we are in. Just need to break the WLW sequence with a few more wins and we’ll be right in the mix.
