We haven’t ‘significantly improved’ then, as we are talking about a first team not a development squad. He and his contributors certainly have put the graft in, and fair play to anybody that is still engaged enough with this shell of a club to put something like that together... but on his actual views, isn’t he the bloke that said the other week ‘by every measure we’ve significantly improved this season’?

‘Amazing’ that one of only three league clubs (as many as just East Lancs alone) in the whole ‘hotbed’ north east of England get decent crowds.

Pretty much every town in England and Wales is full of Man Utd/Liverpool fans (plus Arsenal/Tottenham/Chelsea down south), doesn’t mean the local club wouldn’t see big increases in crowds on the back of success and promotions - Lincoln are a prime example, they’ve trebled their gates in recent years.

Tickled me that the LT were framing the story around ‘pledging his allegiance’ and the ‘decision he has to make’, like Southgate could miss the chance for a call up and for BB to take on Foden, Sancho et al for that wide role. 😁
