As is ‘they want us to lose’, so maybe stop posting it. -

Stuff like that is also ridiculous nonsense. Maybe both sides should grow up a bit? -
TRANSFER THREAD - JANUARY 2021

His best mate works on the railways... -
BB was *starting* to show *something*... then he got that knock, unfortunately he’s regressed again since coming back. Obviously takes very little for him to lose form and confidence, which isn’t a good sign.

‘Some of you want us to lose’ ’wonder if some of you are actually fans’ Can this divisive, lazy shite please not be rolled out every time we win a game. FYI - nobody spends hours a day on an internet message board deep diving into the intricacies of the squad, manager, owners, pitch and on it goes of Blackburn Rovers if they ‘want us to lose’ so please stop. -
Oh I don’t mean make it at Championship level, I.e maybe he will be a decent professional and actually carve out a career somewhere.

It’s the modern London accent, a real hotchpotch of cultures in there - brought up in Hackney, wasn’t he? So fair enough... The ‘traditional’ east London cockney is more likely to be heard in Essex these days... -
It’s up to him, does he want it enough? Maybe this move will wake him up a it.

If you aren’t pushing for a place on the bench at 21 (never mind a start) when at one point the only competition was Bell... you aren’t making it here. -

Obviously the contract came from the Boro drawer...

Noticed Sharpe on Twitter say Lewis Thompson ‘obviously doesn’t have the same technical ability as Pickering’. Surely we should be moving him on if that’s the case? He’s 21 and hasn’t even got close to pushing Bell. -
The ‘it’s one of those’ approach to data and recruitment, sounds about right...

Imagine that! -
First post on his thread for two years, probably sums up the general ‘meh’ of his time here..

‘He’s behind Pallister... who can’t pull him down... and there’s the inevitable outcome - 2-0! ‘

Luton, QPR, PNE, Barnsley, Forest next five games... now’s the time Mogga, just imagine the Four Year Anniversary tributes if we go on one of our sporadic winning runs... -
Possibly any manoeuvring from TM is for this Pasha character’s benefit, as he’s their ‘man on the ground’ (or he was pre Plague). You can only imagine how the structures and decision making processes of the club have become even more opaque through this last 12 months.

The State of Ewood Park!
Mattyblue replied to A Northern Horde...'s topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
The money that has been thrown at the club since 2012 and for us to have pretty much been anchored to mid table in the second division (at best) for the duration whilst the infrastructure of the club has been run down is insane. More fool the owners, I suppose, if they are not demanding much more in the way of outcomes, but Christ what could we have achieved if the club had been run in a far less dysfunctional way this past decade... -
Relatively speaking, of course...
-
It really isn’t nonsense, it’s all relative, if you don’t understand that, then fair enough.
-
Who said Donny? Try the Sunderlands who are paying £10/15k+ a week to some players. Accy pay what, less than 1k a week? Of course it’s not nonsense, neither is the fact that clubs out perform their competitors all the time, at every level and will continue to do so - we won’t because the club is not set up to outperform its resources, many other clubs are.
-
Because Accy’s budget is a fraction of the big clubs in that league (as was Wycombe’s). Pretty simple comparison, really.
-
How are Accy competing for promotion to the Championship against some very big football clubs then? How are Leicester competing for the title? How did Wycombe end up in the Championship? How do Burnley stay up year after year? Take it you meant to say ‘Not only do we not have the budget of relegated and parachute clubs, we are also a dysfunctionally run football club, so we’ll bite yer hand off for top half’.
