  1. Yes - a band. A musical band. Try again.
  2. The fat lady has switched on her microphon.
  3. Without further a do, I present... http://nutscapes.com/
  4. Get your season tickets, League 1 all but confirmed now.
  5. All well and good signing loan players if they are playing and in a successful team, but when push comes to shove, it's backs against the wall... they're useless, because they know it makes no odds to them come the end of the season. They aren't committed.
  6. Still convinced Fury beats any heavyweight around, pretty easily. Parker isn't elite level and only has a belt because Fury gave up so many titles - it wouldn't surprise me if Hughie goes over there and wins now his Dad is allowed in the country. Will be a rough crowd, as long as he doesn't let it go to points he will come back a world champ for me. Wilder has all the attributes but is being managed away from the top fights for some reason by his team. As above, his last 9 fights aren't the type of fights that make a champion. At the time I was happy Tyson did manage to take the belts off Klit (he was holding too many hostage over in Germany), but looking back now it has meant that people who aren't at the elite level have ended up with belts.
  7. Crolla has very little option unfortunately, Linares tactically beat him the first time (although it was close) and tactically demolished him the second time. Great fighter, lots of heart, top person but not quite on the elite level Linares is - not that many are. Going up against Burns gives him a big English fight, Danny Garcia next for Linares in a real blockbuster Vegas night. Haye's a waster, a talker. Good fighter way back then but even if he is ready for November, he won't be sensible and take a warm up fight - he'll end up being battered by Fury on his way back.
  8. If Fury can be arsed he's the best heavy weight for a long time. He's big, agile, can take a punch and can give one. Theres a reason Haye, Chisora and Klitchko dodged him for so long. The best version of Tyson clears up the entire division in 12 months. The worst version of Tyson is off his nut on coke, depressed and 30 stone.

  10. Ladies and Gentlemen, we've got a nerd in the house.
  11. Not sure if it's down to Mowbray but it's obvious players have been asked to get fans onside on social media. Lots of "fans the 12th man", "fans where brilliant".
  12. Absolutely nothing I have seen in the past 6 years gives me any confidence that this won't be another total disaster. I give it 18 months before Mowbray and Senior are both sacked with more pay offs. Oh and for anyone with confidence still, the damage has already been done - we're going down this season.
  13. Look at the transfer thread on here - someone else saw it on SSN.
  14. It was on SSN last night and The Football Ramble said it was happening on this mornings podcast - but it seems he's at Villa if my twitter timeline is correct?
  15. Mowbray first decision? Chris Samba back training with Rovers.
  16. Plus fitness. Our fitness is absolutely terrible. Over 50% are gassing out from 70 minutes onwards. You can see it in their faces. Which leads you to believe the half arsed training session rumours are true.
  17. I am now totally convinced the best course of action would be to take adminstation and a points deduction now. There is, for me, no way back.
  18. Cracking final day for Wigan. Bogle has all the attributes to be a success, Gilks is experienced, Mandron a wild card, Laurent has been brilliant for Hartlepool although I accept, its a big step up. Even at Rovers we're not in a position to comment on Byrne other than he looked a bit small - but with game time anything could happen. Bruce knows this league inside out and will calm their defence, Weir is a product of United's youth system so could add something. For me, thats Wigan staying up.
  19. Shebby rates him, I know that much. Was always banging on about him and Robbie Cotton.
