so the players get no credit given they were the actually one on the pitch. I have my opinion on Karbgo, Gueye and Ohashi and if you disagree fine, but I stand by my opinion. We can't stand the pressure of playoff chase. Simple as. Its 3 times in 4 seasons now. Whether its the manager not changing formation when plan A isn't working, or we didn't sign the quality striker we should or this winter when since Boxing day our form dropped off the cliff apart from beating those nob enders and couple others.

Tronstad would always come on after 60/70 minutes but we have to managed his time on the pitch after an injury. I would be interested seeing what your line up would be No I haven't. Yes I posted exactly that the back 3 got us back into the game and we took control and we settled. First 10 minutes we got bullied. I also posted post game that our wing backs were too deep and lack of crosses. Should people dismissed that opinion somehow I wasn't surprised we went 5 at the back and trying to keep it tight. Without Hyam's stupid pass, I don't think they caused us too many problems. We are clearly lacking confidence and we need to find the right balance, Taking the lead would massive help aswell. I am 4-2-3-1 formation man and I think its the best formation with this squad. We need the players to step up and get back to the best.

How do you work that out? which players were left out due to cost? Tronstad and Ohashi probably can't start 3 games in a week after their injury. I'm not a fan of the 3 at the back myself and going forward from the summer I think we need to playing 4-2-3-1 formation and getting more crosses into the box plus a couple of more wide options with pace.

I don't see that team selection as negative at all. I thought he would go 3 at the back to give us a more solid base and not get bullied like we did on Saturday. The team is in a bad spell and we are lacking creative and not putting enough crossing in. Yesterday, a couple of times towards half time, we got into good areas and we need to be more attacking and come the summer, we need some pace in the team. I would have like to see us go to back 4 earlier in the team and I would have put ACD on instead of Woodrow and put him wide left. It called engagement with the fan base. The world is changing and people want to see more and more behind the scenes footage, more engagement with the club or sport. so if most of our players have been crap or totally pointless, then we have been in the top half all season and fighting for a playoff place. Your choice are words is just pathetic. the budget is what it is but we have still have signed some good quality signings like Ohashi, Gueye or Karbgo. Cantwell should have been but it just hasn't clicked with him.

Toth, ACD, Woodrow not good enough, Cantwell, seen bits but not enough so far, Sanderson and Forshaw done ok, Dennis want to see more, Do you have an idea? probably not exactly why I said that we need to do behind the scenes videos, showing it or showing how we recruit players or transfer video like we did when we signed Gueye and Ohashi but more detail and in depth.

I think it was team effort with Park, Gestede and Owen being responseible for the signings and Eustace getting players like Baker and Weimann. we wanted Karbgo in the summer according to reports, think he has shown plenty of potential. Was Eustace ever going to get players in like Bamford or McBurnie or Wallace really? realistic not or in the case of Wallace, no way was Mowbray letting him go when he was appointed there

I'm surprised by Dennis not starting but here a thought that Ohashi and Tronstad can start 3 games back to back. why? what we don't know can Tronstad start back to back games in 4 days given he is just back from injury, same with Ohashi I agree, I'm not convinced by him so farr Mowbray did for 2/3 of a season when we were challenging for playoffs/top 2.

I think personally we need someone with greater experience in that role and experience in the Rovers's head of football operations who has dealt with agents, scouting, recruitment, etc. which nothing against Gestede and his role. I do think Gestede has done well in the head of football operations role this season in terms of recruitment, I don't think we have done badly in terms of signings quality players but I do think Rovers did badly in not recruiting a number 1 keeper in the summer. I do think Gestede should have done an interview post the January window with Rovers TV, Radio Lancs and and Lancs Lancs. agreed there. Are you suggesting that Eustace didn't have final say on transfers? cos I don't that was the case, but in my opinion it was unhappy at not signing his own players targets and didn't have a lot of faith in our scouting team. Eustace wants a full control and that was one of the main reasons he want to Derby.

Yes I do think the set up is right for Rovers or for any football club. The head coach build a team, coaching them and in charge of results, and also gets involve in transfer at the final stage when choosing the player we go for off the shortlist. The head coach needs to trust the recruitment staff and lets them finding the players we need. For example, if the head coach says I need a pacey left winger then let the scouts find players and then present you a shortlist. The head coach watches the clips of each players plus read the scouting reports from our scouts with the director of football and head of scouting then decide on who he(head coach) wants from that shortlist. People? you mean Gestede, Owen and Ismael plus the recruitment staff? a head coach which most are, don't have time to scout players and take trips overseas scouting players, that why you need a Director of football running the recruitment side with the scouts finding and scouting players before allowing the head coach to pick the player off the shortlist present to them. I don't know, but looking at the situation and in my opinion, he took the job and if you look at Unleaded comments about the problems behind the scenes about recruitment and everything. Did you not read them? did John Park and his team do that bad in finding players in the summer? Also when does the head coach have time to scout players and find players?
