It's a test for the entire club there. Will it be another fire sale in January? Will Parker still be there? It doesn't look at happy camp to me. Would never watch it in million years. I think top 6 is the best they can hope for.

I hope he is manage properly by Palace

It's only 4 games in. Still think they can but it's wide open this season. No clear favourite yet -

It's baffled me the lengths you go to defends these officials. The decision was simple and basic one, a linesman should be making in their sleep tbh. Maybe being PL officials they are used to VAR helping them far too much.. Hedges was foul by the Burnley player not the other one. Woah These officials are PL standard or meant to be. Appalling decisions all day. Anyway we won't agree so I leave it there -
why?

I have already said he shouldn't have done it and will have to learn from it, but the ref could have used common sense and gone and had a word as Sky Sports studio presenters said. The common sense has gone out of football. The Ref was yellow card happy with our players but he didn't sent Hannibal off when he should have done, just a word. its a basic decision and that shouldn't need VAR. These are PL quality officials or supposedly to be. PL officials rely far too much on VAR for their decisions, and if there is any doubt(which he must had) it should go in favour of the attacking team. -

Sunderland have made a good start and They sold their best player in Jack Clarke. This new head coach seems to gel the club and got the players on side quickly Leeds under Farke will be up there aswell as Sheffield United. Very surprise by Luton start and the recruitment this summer. -

I would say he is number 10 but with us having Szmodics there, He wasn't going to play there. I think he is good player in the 10 role in the right team with the right manager and right tactics. He worked hard, positional was correct given we were down to 10 men and play on the left of midfield 4. He protect and help Beck through the last 10 minutes. -
He might adapt it in we play a better team but in qualifying group they will play 4-3-3 and attacking football. Isn't Gomes the Rice's back up? I don't know anything about Gomes, I had to google him

I agree he can't do it but the ref should have handed the yellow card to the defender when he didn't do. He could have apply some common sense and had a word with him. I know its not allow but its something that mentioned post match on Sky Sports The ref could have applied some common sense(which is sadly lacking in football and refereeing decisions. The tackle was yellow card and this ref was PL ref which says alot for me. -
The owner wants out and they a couple of months ago give Friedkin Group exclusive talks to buy the club but after a couple of weeks he withdraw from talks and took his bid off the table. They just over 2 weeks ago granted a period of exclusivity to Crystal Palace co-owner John Textor. I agree with Arbitro's comments above that it would hilarious if Everton are in the championship when they move into their new stadium

Carsley will play attacking football and on the front foot. That's his style I think you will see a midfield 3 of Palmer, Rice and Foden with Saka right, Kane up front and Gordon left on Saturday against ROI

Until Everton get new ownership, A new owner with director and proper organise plan they are doomed there. I think when they get new ownership there , You seen a number of changes behind the scenes there including a new director of football, Dyche sack, new CEO there.

Delighted with the performance, and their commitment, desire and getting a point when down to 10 players. We should be better defensively with their goals but then scored with great strike. After that, we scored a good goal which was incorrect called offside. After 30 mins into the game, Pears didn't have a save to make, defensively we were much better than in the first 20 minutes. Second half we have 2 very good chances in Dolan and Travis and if we took them we would have win the game. Beck was outstanding at left back against 2 very tricky wingers. Carter and Hyam stood up today, Travis and Tronstad protected the back 4. Gueye hold the ball up well. Gueye's sending off was wrong from him and he will have to learn from his mistake, But afterwards, Rovers stood up to the challenge and never felt like we would lose it if fact we could have win it. Eustace's Blue and White Army 🔵⚪ Proud to be Rover 🔵⚪ -
what these young players needed is playing football and develop not chasing the money, Tyjon turned down Manchester United in the summer.

The morning after thought, I am very happy we got the Cantwell deal and refreshing to he hear he picked us over others cos of our head coach John Eustace. Overall pleased in terms of players we signed but would have like us to sign a Liam Millar or Sikiri Dembele for the left winger position. Still think we are short at centre back in terms of numbers. Maybe its something might look at hopefully in January Massive fan of Stansfield, but the fees for young players are crazy these days. top half finish, pushing for playoffs this season.
