  1. I would put Carter straight back in. Same as JRC. I wouldn't go to back 3. Don't think its suits us to be honest overall. If that's your opinion fine but Eustace was on the touchline and involved in subs and given players instructions on the field. That did happened. Since JDT left it's been 9 points(1 win, 6 draws and 2 lost) from 9 games. We had scored 9 goals and conceded 9 goals whilst in the previous 9 games under JDT its was 6 points, (1 win, 3 draws and 5 lost). We had scored 10 goals and conceded 21 goals.
  2. Carter and JRC will be back Didnt we beat Stoke when Eustace was on the touchline second half and had meetijgs with Johnson on the Friday night before the Stoke Game? He has made us harder to beat and we look much better defensively. Slow building blocks
  3. We will know the results of other games and it is down to us to get the 3 points. Lets be loud and cheer the players to victory and 3 points. My team would be Pears Brittain Carter Hyam Pickering JRC Tronstad Hedges Szmodics Dolan Gallagher Subs:- Wahlstedt McFadzean Wharton Chrisene Buckley Ayari Moran Sigurdsson Telalovic I will go for 2-1 Rovers win with Szmodics and JRC scoring
  4. Good overall performance and clean sheet. Shame it was only a point but its another point on the board and we moved on to the Ipswich game in good spirits and I think we can win against Ipswich at Home. Its a shame we couldn't get a winner at the end of the day I think moving to back 4 suited us better and Tronstad being back in the team and doing what he does best is vital for this team. Best players for me was Hedges, Hyam, Brittain and Tronstad. I thought the song that the Rovers fans sung was good and straight to the point, its about Rovers and nothing else matters.
  5. well at least we know they have approaches from potential buyers. Wouldn't want to lose Szmodics inn the summer if we get the right offer tho and a chance of PL he will go. He will go with our best wishes and his performances and goals this season have been outstanding.
  6. I agree with you. 2 more weeks of training with most players at training should improve us again for the final run in
  7. Haha. At least I know we will stay up. I have faith in Eustace and these players. Simple as. If you don't faith and don't think we will stay fine but that's your opinion.
  8. It's was childish and pathetic time after time.
  9. The league game we lost at Charlton and lost to Bournemouth on penalties. Hughes won his first game then lost 3 out of next 4 games with drawing the other one. Its is worth remembering that Hughes only won 2 of his first 10 games with losing 3 and drawing 5 of them So what the answer then? Gallagher played wide left at Preston with Szmodics central and Dolan on the right. Plymouth cut us open a number of times in the first half cos we were way too high and Hardie could just run in behind McFadzean and Wharton at will. Embarrassing that. Its called different opinions on different subjects
  10. Mercer, I have nothing to my post you have reply to and I stand by that your comments linking him to Kean and Coyle is totally embarrassment and you should be ashamed to even post such drivel!!!
  11. Just pointing out the facts are. You are correct that twice we have take the lead and only draw. So I will hold my hands up again and I was wrong here. More than happy to admit that here. I guessed I am just annoyed with some people comparing him to Kean or Coyle, or my comments rightly him so quickly instead of just giving time and actually getting on the training pitch to put his ideas over the players. I rated Eustace and he did impressive job at Birmingham. I think JDT did a good overall job here and last season was our best season since relegation from the PL
  12. He would be on the bench ahead of Markanday for me.
  13. I haven't used it as stick to beat JDT with but just pointing out exactly what has happened and What Eustace has done since coming in with very limited time on the training field. Still a fan of JDT but he couldn't get a draw or win if we fall behind apart the last 2 games. I think he would have get us promoted if backed in the summer but given what JDT has said publicly since his last game in charge here it was best to part ways cos I don't think his heart was in the job and he was fed up I hold my hands up and stand corrected on this I have posted my opinions Ewood Ace on this already. Nothing more to add
  14. on the team , I am happy with Crawley, Duckett , Pope, Root, Brook and Stokes as my top 6. We need to find wicket keeper batsman who can perform as top class keeper and good quality batsman. But they need to perform and score runs and lots of them to keep their place in the team Then 3 fast bowlers and good spinner like either Hartley or Bashir who bowled done well.
  15. No he isn't but he took a team that was lacking confidence he has stopped the losses, We have come from behind twice at home which we never did under JDT in the league. Also he has had very limited amount time on the training field to get his ideas over the players. The next 3 weeks we have one game game against Boro before Good Friday home game to Ipsiwch. I would expect lot of work on the training field to be done this week and during the international break
  16. 2 wins, 4 draws and 3 lost I have already posted and said my opinion on Eustace and I won't be changing my opinion Birmingham fans won't agree with you and he left them 6th in the league. Eustace is nowhere the level of Kean or Coyle embarrassment time in the Rovers managerial seat and to be quite honest your post is a totally embarrassment linking Eustace to Kean and Coyle to be quite frank Mercer. You should be ashamed to even post such drivel Mercer I said this morning we will get 10 points and stay up.
  17. If you look at JDT last 11 games which including Huddersfield twice, Rotherham, Watford, QPR and Sheffield Wednesday we got 5 points from 33 including 1 win, 2 draws and 8 lost. Since he left we played 8 games collecting 8 points including 1 win, 5 draws and 2 lost. The teams we have played including Stoke, Plymouth, Birmingham, Millwall and Swansea.
  18. All I gave you was circumstances why they would be there and the fact I don't see a problem with them socialising after a game on Saturday with a few beers and meal. They are still humans at the end of the day
  19. Well played WBA who wants playoffs this season
  20. boring Booth. nothing new from you. I want to Rovers to be successful even tho that dingle was in charge. why would any Rovers fan not want success?
  21. You got sent a pic with 4 players on it. That's it. You don't know why they were out in Manchester do you? Also why does it matter? aren't footballers actually entitle to go out for few drinks or a meal out on a weekend? different if it 24 hours before a game.
  22. clearly does to some people who don't expect them to have private life
  23. Lets be honest that winning in India is a toughest task in World test cricket. I do think it is time we move on from Bairstow in the test team and he just plays white ball cricket. Probably Foakes aswell. I would bring Brook in at 5 and look for a new test keeper. On the bowling front, Jimmy Anderson is simply world class player. Bashir and Hartley will improving and hopefully continue their development now
