The league game we lost at Charlton and lost to Bournemouth on penalties. Hughes won his first game then lost 3 out of next 4 games with drawing the other one. Its is worth remembering that Hughes only won 2 of his first 10 games with losing 3 and drawing 5 of them So what the answer then? Gallagher played wide left at Preston with Szmodics central and Dolan on the right. Plymouth cut us open a number of times in the first half cos we were way too high and Hardie could just run in behind McFadzean and Wharton at will. Embarrassing that. Its called different opinions on different subjects -

Mercer, I have nothing to my post you have reply to and I stand by that your comments linking him to Kean and Coyle is totally embarrassment and you should be ashamed to even post such drivel!!! -

Just pointing out the facts are. You are correct that twice we have take the lead and only draw. So I will hold my hands up again and I was wrong here. More than happy to admit that here. I guessed I am just annoyed with some people comparing him to Kean or Coyle, or my comments rightly him so quickly instead of just giving time and actually getting on the training pitch to put his ideas over the players. I rated Eustace and he did impressive job at Birmingham. I think JDT did a good overall job here and last season was our best season since relegation from the PL -

I haven't used it as stick to beat JDT with but just pointing out exactly what has happened and What Eustace has done since coming in with very limited time on the training field. Still a fan of JDT but he couldn't get a draw or win if we fall behind apart the last 2 games. I think he would have get us promoted if backed in the summer but given what JDT has said publicly since his last game in charge here it was best to part ways cos I don't think his heart was in the job and he was fed up I hold my hands up and stand corrected on this I have posted my opinions Ewood Ace on this already. Nothing more to add -

on the team , I am happy with Crawley, Duckett , Pope, Root, Brook and Stokes as my top 6. We need to find wicket keeper batsman who can perform as top class keeper and good quality batsman. But they need to perform and score runs and lots of them to keep their place in the team Then 3 fast bowlers and good spinner like either Hartley or Bashir who bowled done well.

No he isn't but he took a team that was lacking confidence he has stopped the losses, We have come from behind twice at home which we never did under JDT in the league. Also he has had very limited amount time on the training field to get his ideas over the players. The next 3 weeks we have one game game against Boro before Good Friday home game to Ipsiwch. I would expect lot of work on the training field to be done this week and during the international break -

2 wins, 4 draws and 3 lost I have already posted and said my opinion on Eustace and I won't be changing my opinion Birmingham fans won't agree with you and he left them 6th in the league. Eustace is nowhere the level of Kean or Coyle embarrassment time in the Rovers managerial seat and to be quite honest your post is a totally embarrassment linking Eustace to Kean and Coyle to be quite frank Mercer. You should be ashamed to even post such drivel Mercer I said this morning we will get 10 points and stay up. -

If you look at JDT last 11 games which including Huddersfield twice, Rotherham, Watford, QPR and Sheffield Wednesday we got 5 points from 33 including 1 win, 2 draws and 8 lost. Since he left we played 8 games collecting 8 points including 1 win, 5 draws and 2 lost. The teams we have played including Stoke, Plymouth, Birmingham, Millwall and Swansea. -

All I gave you was circumstances why they would be there and the fact I don't see a problem with them socialising after a game on Saturday with a few beers and meal. They are still humans at the end of the day -
Well played WBA who wants playoffs this season

You got sent a pic with 4 players on it. That's it. You don't know why they were out in Manchester do you? Also why does it matter? aren't footballers actually entitle to go out for few drinks or a meal out on a weekend? different if it 24 hours before a game. -

clearly does to some people who don't expect them to have private life -
Lets be honest that winning in India is a toughest task in World test cricket. I do think it is time we move on from Bairstow in the test team and he just plays white ball cricket. Probably Foakes aswell. I would bring Brook in at 5 and look for a new test keeper. On the bowling front, Jimmy Anderson is simply world class player. Bashir and Hartley will improving and hopefully continue their development now

Could it been that they went out in Manchester for Callum Brittain's birthday which is on Tuesday? hardly breaking news is it? -
Is anyone going to this game? How would everyone set up for this game and what would be team selection? I would either set up in 3-5-2 or 4-4-1-1. My team would be this for 3-5-2 Pears O'Riordan Hyam Wharton Brittain Ayari Tronstad Buckley Hedges Gallagher Szmodics My team would be this for 4-4-1-1 Pears Brittain Hyam Wharton Pickering Dolan Tronstad Ayari Hedges Szmodics Gallagher

Don't know unless I was in the room. Maybe @K-Hod or @only2garners can asked this question at the next fans forum whether anyone has been disciplined or sack for this incident. I think we will get another 10 points from the remaining games and stay up -

Its funny that cos Mark Hughes first game was Portsmouth at home which we won 1 nil with Matt Jansen scoring the winner, the Villa game was 2 weeks later and Hughes had 2 full weeks with the squad on the training field. Rubbish. Did we not scoring a goal from not kicking long to Gallagher or at Preston? When we have a goal kick and fine kick it long up to Gallagher or whoever and get the defence up the pitch Well we see won't we. Toxic Positivity? Fans like myself? cos I look at life and every situation in a positive mindset or half glass full approach instead of half empty approach. The Players rolled their sleeves yesterday and got us a point after playing with 10 men for 40 mins. Yes we would all like 3 points but given the game changing circumstances with the red card and the way Plymouth played with such width and movement. -

Maybe trying to get a bit of team spirit between the players or it might have been a player birthday bash they were attend. Until we actually know the circumstances of the event very unwise to speculate or pass comments without the facts. Who were the players out then? 2 people I worked with didn't attend yesterday cos they were going to Boxing night in Preston. Also about 10 ST holders wasn't there yesterday aswell. -

We should have been 2 nil up and how Sigurdsson didn't score I don't know. It was simple chance after watching this morning highlights. Also McFadzean was a clear red card but Eustace could have done 2 things, taken McFadzean off for Hedges or Chrisene or drop the back 5 from playing such a high line cos Plymouth exploited thins all game after 15 mins. On the booing, I don't get the full time one cos those players worked hard and tried the best all game. Plymouth exploited us and played some good football which they should be credit for. On the Ash Philips booing, I can understand what @Leonard Venkhaterhas said about him and his agent forcing the club into a low fee asking price otherwise they wouldn't sign a new contract and he would have worked away for peanuts. On next season squad, We need pace, goals and experience signings in the summer to improve this squad, and also hope that Szmodics does stay here but he will clearly have potential clubs interested in him as a player -

I have my own thoughts and opinions on the situation. I don't think the squad is that awful if everyone is fit and actually think it is top half squad at least if not more but we seen players like Ayari proved in some games that he is actually good technical player who will actually put made tackles. he is part of that. We all know that we lack experience at the start of the season at centre back area, pace in the team and up front where we lack that proven striker. In January we bought in McFadzean who gives us experience at the back but we are expecting him to play too much now. Also in January, we sign a striker who would have given us goals in the team in Duncan McGuire but someone at the club forget to send the paperwork through on time. He has scored goals since he has returned to Orlando and I doubt we will sign him in the summer cos I think they will be bigger clubs after him now. Rovers have lost out there big time on a quality player but also a future transfer fee -

Mercer, I'm not interested in what Harris has done at Millwall but since Eustace arrived we have 2 times come from behind to draw at Home in the league. Did we ever do that under JDT? Very rare and I was a big fan of JDT but he did have his own flaws that he couldn't get Rovers coming from behind to draw or even win from losing positions at home. Who gives a shit a fucking Coyle? the guy was a embarrassment to even been appointed as Rovers manager after being a dingle. You even mentioning again and again is a joke. nothing more Johnson has said Publicly that Eustace and Gardiner had a big part to play in the gameplan against Stoke. One of the reason why I think he should be credited with some of the win against and the fact he didn't sit by in the stand when we need leader on the touchline but actually got of his ass and got his hands dirty and led from the touchline. We aren't in deepest shite at all. We are 3 points clear from the bottom 3 and we had a new head coach who has had very little time on the training pitch with these players. The next 3 weeks we will see this and he can actually get to work along with Downing, Gardiner and Johnson to implement his own tactical ideas and plans.
