Pears/ Kaminski.. summer plans?
chaddyrovers replied to NeilInBristol's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Sky cameras clearly shown Pears shouting for the ball. I already played in goal so you are correct in what you say coming out and being clear and loud with the shouts -

Very happy that we delivered one of those on Millwall which people didn't expect. -

Yet again, Coventry keeper handballed it and PNE late goal took a massive deflection. Nothing to do with winners in your team bollocks. Do the players give up in any of those games or sulk on the pitch? no they didn't. They kept trying their best and giving their all. Like Carter last goal against Luton or Ayala last goal against Swansea. This is team of fighters, workers and never say die attitude and a team and head coach I am proud and happy to watched this season. Yes correct 1000% correct. I would say good season for Rovers in the first year of JDT management here correct there too 1000% -
Season 2023/24…what’s in store ?
chaddyrovers replied to den's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
I can't agree there. He had good games for us He signed 10 players last season. Lets stop with the excuses for Mowbray and that's before we start on the previous season where we were lower mid table after signing players like Elliott and squad over 30 players. Mowbray just made excuse after excuses for his failure We look more comfortable on the ball, more movement, played some good attractive football in the right areas. Of course its suits the players. what other style would? Do you not want us to be possession based team? down to smart recruitment and getting in the right players. Yet again we don't know what the budget might be in the summer. we seen JDT's comments but we don't if that's him downplaying it again or whether its been increase since that comment, etc. -

I don't think about the owners in Pune at all. Also I don't think about them at the cobbled end of the M65 at all as much as others on here do -
Pears/ Kaminski.. summer plans?
chaddyrovers replied to NeilInBristol's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
That's a tough question to answer. I have a think and get back to you with an answer big fan of Kaminski but I don't think he would have done any better than Pears has done in games and I don't think Pears has done anything massively wrong in games. -
News From Other Leagues

I hope Bradford and Mark Hughes wins the playoffs in league 2. Still have very fond memories of his time here. We played some of the best football I've seen at Ewood Park under him. -
Pears/ Kaminski.. summer plans?

The second goal, Pears shouts for the ball and yet Pickering still heads it as and the third goal Pickering should have closed down earlier but allow him to push into the box. -
Season 2023/24…what’s in store ?
chaddyrovers replied to den's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
not of us know what the budget is for next season. Even if it is only free and loan markets we can make good signings Yes it's a valid point that 3 out of 4 loan signings haven't worked out. Thought Morton was good loan signing overall Mowbray wasn't shafted at all. He signed 5 players in January including Giles who he misuse constantly. Did you not think our possession game has improve from the start of the season to the last game? Yes I think Top 6 finish next season should be the target if JDT stays here. -

We came back from 3-1 down and we shown that the players still had the fight and desire to win the game. We could have given up but we didn.t I enjoyed the game and the comeback from the players and JDT who didn't give in. Its your attitude that needs looking at with that last paragraph for posting that our players is a team of losers and losing mentality which isn't true. -
Jon Dahl Tomasson - Sweden coach

It's the last day of the season and he is focusing on this season and the game we just played. Anything is just BS and typical overanalysing by some fans yet again. I'm sorry But Radio Lancs doesn't hate Rovers at all. I would gutted but yet again depends why he is leaving. Massive JDT Fan and I think he has improved this team from the start to the end of the season. was would he have to go India? -

Maja is free transfers. Nisbet we scouted so we must have the money for him otherwise what's the point scouting him -

JDT is head coach not a manager tho. He's like that way. Most foriegn coaches are head coaches. He is involved in transfers like decide who we finally target but not in the early stages -
He's not going to Burnley tho. Off to Spain

You seen the linked I posted in the Transfer thread about Nisbet being scouted by us, Millwall(who he turned down in January) and Bristol City. There is no reason why we can't compete with them thinking of the good season we had, JDT has manager and this is Blackburn Rovers We got the win we needed sadly results didn't go our way but we got our best finish at this level since being relegation missing out on goal difference. Just let sink in. We have something to build on and JDT has improved us massively. More positives this season than negativity about this season. I always think positive and don't allow any negative thoughts to come into my thinking or my way of life. -

chaddyrovers replied to arbitro's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Not for me. Nisbet hasn't played for Scotland for the last 18 months. Maja is playing in Ligue 2 currently. Both are the type of signing we should be making in terms of goal scoring, age profile and cost. I'm not bothered about the past record. signing either one of those would improve our strikers options and wouldn't cost too much in terms of transfer fee for Nisbet or wages for both. -
Season 2023/24…what’s in store ?
chaddyrovers replied to den's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Yes I am feeling positive for next season @den but for me it's vital we keep JDT here for next season and build on this season. We have improved from the start of the season until now. We have a clear way of playing and we want to a possession based team. Its vital we make quality signings this season to kick on from this season.
