  1. Wouldn't be sure of that either at this stage
  2. You mean relegation team? I deffo want Leeds first game for the reasons I've outlined previously.
  3. Premier League fixtures are out and some interesting opening games. 6 games live on TV. Sky Sports are showing Dingles vs Man City Friday 11th August, Newcastle vs Villa 5.30pm Saturday 12th August, Brentford vs Spurs 2pm Sunday 13th, Chelsea vs Liverpool 4pm Sunday 13th and Man Utd vs Wolves 8pm Monday 14th. TNT Sports are showing Arsenal vs Forest on Saturday 12th August 12.30pm
  4. Looks like Leicester City will Enzo Maresca as their new head coach/manager shortly. Looks like 3 horse race for the Leeds head coach between Scott Parker, Daniel Farke and Carlos Corberan. They have today appointed Nicky Hammond as interim Director of Football
  5. lets see on Crawley. But McCullum as said he will never be consist player. on Foakes yes very harsh but Bairstow's batting is needed for me. None of the top 7 are droppable for me
  6. Cos there is nothing like watching Rovers in a stadium live. Music, beers or pre-match entertainment isn't why I go to Ewood Park. I go to watch my Rovers team play football and hopefully win. I do understand that others want more from Rovers than myself like different beers or cider on sale, or some live music before the game in the fanzone area for example. Whilst I want something some chips or chicken tikka roll and watch the dinner time kick off game I would never stay at home to watch a Rovers game at Ewood Park. It just wouldn't be the same watching on TV like some people do through different means. Not for me. No thanks as I think there is nothing better than watching Rovers playing at Ewood Park live inside a Stadium and nothing apart from Covid has stopped me doing this. Being back after Covid watching that Swansea game at Ewood Park live inside a Swansea was excellent and a joy to back doing what I enjoyed and love doing.
  7. I always want to play Leeds at home cos I work with 3 Leeds fans and 2 of them think they will walk this league even tho they have no head coach and massive overhaul of the squad happening this summer. Playing them first might just be the right time to play interesting that. if we play any of the relegation PL teams I expect it to be on TV
  8. Hoping for Leeds at Ewood opening day of the season
  9. Rovers will be at home for the first game of the season. Cos Dingles at home week away
  10. I'm mentioned about lack of quality food options at kiosks in BBE and needs a wider options. Apart from that nothing else that's interests me. But the overall/main point I'm there supporting Rovers and hopefully getting 3 points at Ewood Park. Match day experience isn't something that bothers me myself personally but it clearly does to others hence why I asked messageboard what could Rovers do better the overall match day experience for people who want that's
  11. suggested it a few weeks again I have agreed with you about the beer point didn't I?
  12. England have named their team for the first test which starts on Friday at Edgbaston. Crawley, Duckett, Pope, Root, Brook, Stokes, Bairstow, Ali, Robinson, Broad and Anderson. I wouldn't have picked Ali in the first place as he hasn't played red ball cricket for 2 years. I would have gone Will Jacks or Rehan Ahmed instead
  13. granted, But I like something to eat at games the same way you would like a drink. I don't go into the concourse at half time and I tend to purchase my food around 1.45/2pm and watch the dinner time kick off game. We won't earn more money as Rovers outsource the food and drink kiosks to Sodexo. don't smoke so no idea.
  14. some people don't want a beer at a game of football and plus people have to drive to games plus other reasons, etc. Not everyone like you is interested in booze but I can see why some people are interest in this tho. Getting better food options should also been priority but with Rovers outsourcing to Sodexo most is unlikely to change in the short term
  15. Yes interest background their new owner has. Data background. 2 promotions on his CV and he knows how to get out of this league. Can understand why they want him
  16. one year in charge and JDT has been good for the club and improve us from the previous season. Hopefully this season we can make at least the playoff places and push on
  17. half time show? not everyone is interest in Booze btw. can I ask why they didn't buy when it was at lower price? This is again why the price should remain the same all summer as I said previously.
  18. I've parked a number of times on the car Park opposite Empire Theatre last season but the last 3 months it was closed. Question is who owns the car park? Rovers dont
  19. Thanks for reply guys. I think Food could be improved vastly. Plus I want to watch the dinner time kick off game. Thats I want. Music doesn't interest me as long it's not too loud where you can't hold a conservation with people.. I agree Rovers need to offer better food.
  20. what do people want for the match day experience?
  21. Can Rovers really be blame for the poor traffic control around the ground. Do you think local pubs want Rovers to get a cut of their profits given that's most pubs around the area are most busier on match days and quiet most of the time
  22. I have previously said better food options. Can't comment on drinks or alcohol served as I bring my own soft drinks and I don't drink alcohol anymore.
  23. Yes we all know Waggott has financial targets to meet but they are a different ways he could meet them. I see them as value for money as I can make every game, enjoy going to watch Rovers and its my only main social activity nowadays. Financial I can afford it easily. Please could you explain what would make the match day experience better?
  24. Looking forward to this game, tickets bought already.
