  1. If we appoint a proper Sporting Director yes I am in favour of it. But not if we aren't
  2. There are key differences between the roles. A manager has complete control over his staff, transfers and player contracts unless, of course, they’re working under a meddling owner. While a head coach just trains and picks the team, with the owner or director of football taking the pressure off them by dealing with the rest. Pochettino once explained: “If you are the manager, you decide many things about the club. But if you are a head coach, your responsibility is to play better, try to improve the players and to get positive results. “At Southampton, I was a manager. My responsibility was not only to coach the team. With Tottenham, I am a head coach. A head coach is head of your department. My department is to train the team.”
  3. Alisson was woeful for Liverpool and couldnt deal with West Ham crosses.
  4. Wilder has been appointed manager by Boro. Not Head coach.. Dean Smith was Head coach at Villa and Brentford with Sporting Director in place. Dean Smih would be excellent choice to replace Mowbray with when that's happens. But I think he will take a few weeks holiday to recoup and rejuvenate himself They will want a proper break from football I would guess. There is a difference between head coach and manager.
  5. Won't both actually want a break from football?. Plus Farke can probably get a Job in the Bundesliga now and isn't he more like a head coach type anyway?.
  6. West Ham have been good today against Liverpool. Liverpool defending for the second goal was shocking
  7. Yes possible scenarios there but we have to see closer January time. If no club is bidding for a small fee then why reject our contract offer if no club is interest in them? Depends what we are asking for price wise. Also we can/should be targeting players to sign pre contract ourselves Or cheap fees to replace the ones we want rid off
  8. I disagree. It would be strong management by Rovers. The contract offers are there to be sign or not by them. Time for them to stick or twist. Their choice Already dress this by saying we sign their replacements 6 months early.
  9. We have offered them new improve contracts. Waggott has said they have offered 3 years contracts. on Brereton, he is very likely to be moving on this summer, and we have 12 club option on his deal just like Kaminski as well You could sign 2 players who are out of contract this summer like John Souttar from Hearts and Jon-Joe Kenny from Everton to replace both
  10. Well the club can force the players by not picking them in the 25 man squad meaning they won't play for the next 5 months. We have made them good improve contract offers to them. How do we replace them by signing their replacements 6 months early.
  11. Buckley played a key and crucial part in 2 of the 3 goals yesterday. I'm the first goal he played a brilliant switch of play from the right to left to Edun. Then winning the ball back and we scored from that for the third goal
  12. Why? Martin's style of play the way Swansea hierarchy wanted their team to play
  13. For me, there is 3 spots in top 6 open for any team to break into them
  14. Waggott was being honest with Rovers supporters. Would you he lied to Rovers supporter I guess? Then you would have something to complain about
  15. We wanted to sell them if they won't re sign so we don't play them forcing them to leave in January
  16. We aren't random customers but Blackburn Rovers supporters at the end of the day. We are all part of Rovers family. Not really divulge any details of their contract as we all know who is out of contract anyway. No financial details were leaked to Paul. Would you want Waggott to lie to Rovers supporters when asked simple straight forward question?
  17. Normann and Krul were key to Norwich winning yesterday. Frank Lampard and Russell Martin are the 2 favourites for the Norwich City head coach job
  18. We are part of the club and Rovers supporters at the end of the day. I would want Waggott to tell the truth to Rovers supporters. Also want my boss to be honest with his employees
  19. @Paul Manithanks for sharing what Waggott said to you yesterday
  20. I am so glad he loved it. Hope you get to more games soon. Can I asked what stand you were in? Yes the atmosphere was great even after their early goal. They backed the players completely and I'm buzzing off the performance today. I really enjoyed watching us play like that and play with passion, pride and desire. That is our Rovers team
