I have confidence and faith in the Footballing strategy Rovers have and the people we have in key positions with the Football management side of the club. Yet again, I told Hirst's strengths are having watching the Stoke game and videos of him before he signed here. His strengths are there to see if you watch them and the way he like to play If I think he is dud I would say so. I not bothered or worried if I made a mistake and I ain't afraid to admit I was wrong. BBD wasn't unusual case but he was barely starting and playing. after Covid he was a different player and one who has become a fan favourite and proven he has quality for this level. JDT is a winner and you can see that if you look at his playing and management career history. Why not allow his time and patience to build his own team and stop being so judgemental and expect promotion within his first season. Promotion was the pre season expectations for most on here despite what people are saying who are calling for him to sack which is totally baffling and nonsense. I thought we might make top 6 this season if the players performed well enough. We have replaced Nyambe and Lenihan have been replaced and upgraded by my opinions. You have to accept that the Footballing side of the club has had massive turnover in terms of backroom where we had make 3 key appointments to the footballing side of the club in DoF, Head Coach and head of recruitment. Then bringing first team recruitment staff and they have been in place a couple of months. Also Mowbray has gone and it take you moved it. We need to focus on the future and building a club and squad that will stay in the PL when we get promote like Brighton and Southampton have. I don't want to be yo-yo club. I was talking to a work colleague last night when I got to work and I was talking about fans not having patience and allowing time for the head coach to build his own squad and play the style he wants overall. He agree and he fully expected that his club would be the same when Klopp when goes that it would need time and patience for the next appointment to build his own team and signing Do I really need to agree with a Qualified and experience referee? Robbed by the ref tonight for nothing incident. Its time refs used common bloody sense. Anyway I'm not going focus on the waste off space refs tonight. I was very happy with our performance in the game. First half we played very well with quick tempo passing and not slowing the passing down. Morton and Buckley were very good. The movement of the front 4 were excellent and we scored an excellent goal by Hedges. Gallagher should have scored aswell. Disappointed by the first goal we conceded. Poor by Kaminski. Second one was good finish. We continued to try to play our football and played to the end. Just couldn't find the killer ball to get equaliser today. Very proud of every player tonight. JRC was outstanding and in good form. JDT got the subs of Dack and Morton right as they couldn't get hold of the ball or make tackles and they were shattered. Bringing on Garrett and Travis was right cos they give us energy and ability to make tackles. Dack isn't a centre midfielder either. Let's stick together and go and beat Cardiff on New Year day now. We are winning games tho and of course the primary objective but we need to follow our strategy we have by bringing on young players from our academy, being smart in recruitment and allowing them proper time to get players in. The recruitment team has been together a couple of months and not had a transfer window to bring players. On BBD, we were right to keep him as we didn't received an offer suitable and clubs low ball us with those offer. He is worth far more to us then those offers would be delighted if we sign Stewart. Don't know how much he will cost but the contract negotiations have broken down between him and the club.

You can't judge players on cameos and maybe some of you might have learnt from BBD situation when most of you wrote him off based on cameos and not a run of games. Let JDT build his team and how he wants to play to the players then add 3 or 4 players in the summer then I'm sure we see his style he wants to play here and Rovers fighting for promotion now. Looking forward to tonight game and watching Rovers live again. Rovers to win 2-1 with Gallagher and BBD scoring. Yet, we are 3rd in the league with a new footballing management structure in place where the head coach and DoF have been 6 months, recruitment staff about 2 to 3 months so I would say we are well ahead where I thought we would be. JDT need time and patience to build his own team playing in the style he wants us to. I see this season has transition season in the long term plan of getting promote and staying there.

Markanday isn't a striker. He role is playing from the right, cutting in onto his left foot. He does have skills and some pace.

Yes, we need a coach who develop our young players and keeps bringing through academy players since this is key part of footballing strategy would you sell BBD in January when we are in good position to make the playoffs this season? stats and data is playing a very important part of Football recruitment but Rovers will still scout the player live in the stadium before making the signing. I think we need a couple of signings in this window. A right back who would be loan for one someone like Cody Drameh and maybe an replacement for BBD if he leaves or if Rovers send Hirst back someone like Callum Lang from Wigan or Robin Hack from Arminia Bielefeld or Plymouth Ryan Hardie.

Dack wasn't haven't any sort of impact on the game just like the other front 4 players. Can you tell me what he got going with? I do enjoyed watching Rovers whether we win, lose or draw as its my release. I don't get too high when we win or too low when we lose whoever we play. I think how I would describe the style is a difficult one to answer at the minute cos I think we haven't see the style spoken about how we would play when JDT joined the club. We seem some signs of it in games but not fully introduce or we haven't played it game after game. We seen different styles in different games whether its QPR at home or Swansea away or Watford home or Norwich away. When we play badly we are bad tho. That is somewhat a concern for me.
