  1. Rest Kaminski, BBD, Gallagher, Morton, Hyam, Pickering and Ayala from the starting 11 is a must
  2. I wouldn't call any club dross but clubs living within the means. For me, far too close to call who would get relegation right now. Alot depends who they sign in the window. I don't understand why Cardiff sacked Morrison when they did. Crazy decision. Huddersfield made a quick decision to replaced Schofield with Fotheringham. Wigan sacked Richardson which I think was a massive mistake. Has Toure won a game yet? I think Bristol City under Pearson should be higher in the league. Surprised Stoke under Alex Neil haven't improved results more yet.
  3. I just look at the league table again and its seem like its tight at the bottom. 6 points between the bottom 8 including Stoke, Cardiff and Wigan. Alot will depends who they sign in the January transfer window
  4. Rothwell got the moved back South his family want. Simple as. Ain't coming back. I would like right back in this week. Now JRC is injured and?
  5. If you are going to change manager/head coach you do it before the transfer window opens and any managerial change should happen in the world cup. Blackpool have they transfer strategy for this window and they have back Appleton. Signing Bowler and Rogers would suit how Appleton wants to play. If he keeps them up then its job done and he done his job. Anything about bottom 6 for them is good achievement.
  6. Thanks for sharing this information I will go for Erdal Rakip being this player. Ex Malmo player. JDT knows him Interesting this. Wasn't Simms here before in the academy before he joined Everton academy?
  7. Plenty of quality of performance in our wins. But each to their own opinions
  8. Like I said all season when we play with quick tempo in our passing we create chances and move the ball quickly teams we are playing struggling. When we play slowly we struggled and to make chances. That is my viewpoint Just one pitch would do and Venkys could do cos they owned the training ground through their parent company I think we need creatively in attacking area. Someone like Cantwell or Lowe would be good.
  9. Or back him with signings to improve the team. The squad needs signings.
  10. He ain't coming back nor do I want him to either. He wanted to out of Rovers all last season. He and his family wanted to moved back down South so he got what he wanted. Cantwell is the one I look for to sign
  11. backing him with signings like Bowler and Rogers supposedly
  12. Spurs fans on social media having a real good moan about Conte and his tactics. Saying they don't work anymore. Need to move to back 4. Didn't see today game so couldn't comment on the performance of them
  13. I would look to sign Todd Cantwell from Norwich and maybe move BBD up front? for your good finisher what about Deniz Undav from Brighton? https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=118&v=HKHL6UosJIU&feature=emb_logo (74) Deniz Undav | The Machine | Skills, Goals & Assists | HD DENİZ UNDAV TÜRKİYE MİLLİ TAKIMDA - YouTube Deniz Undav Skills, Goals & Assists | HD - YouTube
  14. Like I said all season when we play with quick tempo in our passing we create chances and move the ball quickly teams we are playing struggling. When we play slowly we struggled. I accept a long time ago games being moved from various reasons over the last 30 years supporting Rovers. It is what it is. I haven't watched alot of football over the Christmas to comment on teams pitches. Have other teams been training on the ground pitch? I don't know. Maybe we need to invest in under soil heating for 1 pitch at Brockhall maybe or better indoor pitch to allow them to train on it if JDT wants to Yet Garrett managed his tackling after the yellow card brilliant I would look more in the final third for creatively or pace in the final third instead of centre midfield
  15. Maybe some pace or target man might be the way to go.
  16. Refs at this level or any level in England aren't consistence anyway. I got used to the poor refereeing here now. Time Webb sorted it out now
  17. The players shown up today and dig in for the win. Sometimes the ugly wins are the best one. Plus taking into account that Rovers have played 3 games in 6 days and not much rotate in the team today was never going to entertaining affair. Not really any revamp would have stand up to them training on it in the last 2 or 3 weeks, 4 games in 21 days and this awful weather. Maybe we need to invest in a pitch at Brockhall with undersoil heating to allow them to train there and not at Ewood Park I never thought you were having a go at fans I have to disagree that he not good on the ball. Played some lovely passes today whether its was short and keeping simple or long passes find the targets. on the rash, I disagree. He made some good well timed tackles including a last ditch tackle to save a certain goal. Garrett is showing the potential I have seen he got. I want to keep seeing in the first team squad whether as starter or sub In some games we created a few good chances and in others granted. You see bits of the quick tempo and move and into the forward areas. Its work in progress from that viewpoint. JDT is building from back. Whilst he improve the attacking side and bring his the type of attacking players he wants and develop the young players here ?
  18. Reading and listening to JDT's comments on transfers they might be movement shortly cos of injuries and players who want regular football. On Hirst and Mola sounds like it very possibly that both might go back to parent club. Can imagine both want to play more than they have here. So, maybe Rovers would allow it to happen if we bring in replacements. I doubt whether we will get Archer from Villa on loan. Expect PNE would be his first choice. We have been linked with Brighton striker Deniz Undav from Brighton a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if we can do a deal or if the interest is still there. I would look at Ryan Hardie from Plymouth. 6 months left on his contract. Bigger question do we want a squad striker who can impact of the bench or first choice striker to be our 9 striker for years to come. I see people asked for more creatively in the final third. Why not look at signing Todd Cantwell from Norwich. 6 months left on his contract. Cheap deal to be done there and you have BBD's replacement if he does leave in the summer already at the club. Another suggestion would be Jamal Lowe from Bournemouth. Maybe loan deal. He has said publicly he has the final say whether a player joins or not Rovers.
  19. Morton and Garrett suits each other games. Morton is good in tight situations with the ball at his feet. He had a decent game. BBD looks miles off it today. In form BBD scores 2 of those chances today They do work on it on pattern of play in attacking areas and combinations as you see at times during the games. When we keep the tempo of passing high you can see it clearly Yes I heard a couple of people moaning alot in the first half about keeping the ball and trying to create space and play forward JDT has already said public he has the final say on whether a player signs here or not. 10 clean sheets this season. On the organisation point its a very fair one to make
  20. exactly what is to be expect at this level and one of the reasons why its an enjoyable league to watch. anyone can anyone
  21. with 3 games in 6 days and the team not able to rotate much today game was just of those games which would be dull and a goal or 2 would settle it. Surprised how negative Cardiff played. Limited on the ball? he played some very clever short passes and good long passes. Plus he tackling in there was good to see. I have no idea why you would loan out someone who has performed like that. Would be a waste not to use him here now and the fiture. what do you expect after 4 games in 21 days on the pitch, plus they have been training on during the freezing weather then rain in the last few days plus having the under soil heating on. About 12k Rovers fans on today. where they some empty seats near you from season ticket holders? Good effort to nearly 3k walk ons fans today considering early kick off, New Year Day and the weather conditions.
  22. Pleased to win that game. Not the best game for a neutral fan but a win is a win. Garrett My man of the match. Passes well whether short or long, close down and put made plenty of tackles including a goal saving tackle. Pleased for him. Hyam also very good. BBD should have square it for Adam Wharton to score. Also he should have shouted the ball solo then Gallagher would have left it.. A win is a win. Cardiff came very defensive and surprised they didn't go more attacking with their league position The New Year starts with a win. Well done Rovers, players and JDT.
  23. Garrett starts in place of Buckley. Vale and Edun return to the bench in place of Buckley and Hirst. Pleased Garrett starts
  24. Come on Rovers, let's make today a day we start with a win and performance aswell. Going for 3 nil Rovers win. BBD, Gallagher and Hyam scoring. COYB! 🔵⚪️ JDT'S Blue and White Army 🔵 ⚪️
  25. He has been in charge of them for 9 games only, abit early to start aligning as the next messiah. Have Everton got money to spend and why recalled Simms from Everton if they want BBD. Still don't see any team paying the money we want again.
