  1. Valid point You seem very trigger happy wanting managers sack quickly and you don't allow them some time and opportunity to bring in players and improve things. I have listened to Talksport at 10pm when I been travelling to work and I have heard fans asking for Jones to sack at Southampton or Potter at Chelsea or Lampard at Everton. Everton's problems are much deeper than the manager and the fact that the owner is trigger happy and in 6 years as had 7 different managers/head coach plus 2 different Sporting Director plus incoherent transfer policy over those years. Maybe it time they actually stick with Lampard and allow him to build a team cos sacking managers over the last 6 years hasn't done them any favours has it? Fair points but I would say teams like Everton, Southampton, Leicester need signings to stay up like Everton need a goalscorer, Southampton need experience with a young squad and Leicester need a centre back and centre midfield. Whilst West Ham need to allow Moyes time to gel that squad after backing in with over 100 million on signings in the summer
  2. He isn't good enough and I agree with the point that @Mashed Potatoesthat he is another one who is yesterday man living on past glories. He wasn't the right signing for them in the summer when they should have gone for Toney from Brentford as I suggested they should have done. Havertz is the main striker at the minute and he has done well so far but need help and support now I think they need to stick with Potter and back their man with signings but also time and patience. I would also say they are going for new direction under Bohely, Vivell and Potter buying young exciting players and they need to allow those to gel and settle into the team. I am talking about a striker who Chelsea need and would improve them and put less pressure on Havertz.
  3. RIP Luca One of my favourite PL players and always people liked him. I remember watching him for Juve in the early 90's on channel 4 watching Italian football on there.
  4. Chelsea need a quality striker and if I was them I would be going for Toney from Brentford
  5. Yes I do. Everton need to back him with signings to stay up. I belief that Everton problems aren't just with the players or Lampard but the owner just throwing money at the problem but no proper plan from him wrong. I said my top choices were Eddie Howe or Graham Potter. I said in 4 years people like Lampard or Gerrard might be potential choices if they perform in the next 4 years might be candidates
  6. I read this rumour yesterday and I wouldn't take less than 10 million. If we are to sell(which I wouldn't as I think it would massive impact on our promotion) we must have replacements like up like left side attacker and striker aswell. I would be looking at Todd Cantwell from Norwich, Dembele or Lowe from Bournemouth for left side attacker. Striker someone like Jerry Yates from Blackpool or Undaz on loan from Brighton Was never coming here. anymore more on this? Simms can't come here due to playing for 2 teams this season alreadt
  7. Put plenty of effort in the games. The entire team put in the effort and performance against Cardiff
  8. He will get a league 1 club for sure since he had a decent season at Portsmouth there.
  9. They have played the last 4 games and most of the minutes in them. BBD, Dack, Ayala Gallagher and Pickering look shattered after the Cardiff game. I would give most of the players who have played regular over the last 3 weeks a few days off to recharged their batteries.
  10. Leicester will recall him due to lack of playing time here, then loan him out somewhere else
  11. Pickering and Gallagher have just come back from injury and played the last 4 league games so I wouldn't risk them. BBD hurt his hamstring during the game and I wouldn't be taking our sort of chance with him. Rest and missing this game is a sensible approach to take. Pears should play aswell Why drop Garrett from the team after his MOTM performance against Cardiff. Isn't Szmodics still injury? No I have assumed that at all roversfan99 but like I keep repeating the league matters more than the FA cup. Getting a playoff place is priority not going on FA cup run for me.
  12. We did the same with the Poveda deal. PL clubs want things in the favour I guess
  13. I would like to win and go through to next round but I see the league has the priority and securing a playoff place. So your team would be similar to mine then if we aren't risks with players?
  14. we should make the league the priority and focus on securing a playoff place. Some of you want to risk players who look shattered after the last 4/5 games. We should use our squad players for this game
  15. That the terms of the contract. I would imagine Hirst might go on loan to Wigan or
  16. I wouldn't be playing the majority of the team that played Cardiff. Leave them out of the starting team. Those would be Kaminski, Ayala, Hyam, Pickering, Morton, Dack, Hedges, Gallagher and BBD. The Norwich game is an opportunity for our squad players. Gallagher and Pickering have just come back from injuries they had during the world cup break so no need to play them. let them rest and use Edun and Vale
  17. Looks like Leicester City will recalled Hirst and loan him somewhere. Rovers cannot cancel the loan deal
  18. 15 years ago. Should have won on the day Lets see who they appoint. If it is Wagner surely he will need a work permit first BBD hurt his hamstring in the Cardiff so surely you would rest him for this game and take zero risk on him? Same with Ayala, Gallagher and Pickering given that Gallagher and Pickering have just come back from injuries?
  19. interesting question. I think we should keep him unless we get a good offer for him or Dack wants to go if a certain club has
  20. Thanks for this I would wait to the end of the season so judge the fitness and the impact he has had on the season. No reason to rush the decision since we have a club option of 12 months anyway
  21. But funding was still given to improve the pitch and buy more lights to help the pitch grow faster. So your point about cutbacks is just wrong
  22. They play different positions. Morton would be playing as the deep lay playmaker. Elliott is attacking midfielder or wide of the front 3. We have to disagree on this
  23. We haven't cutback in terms on spending on the pitch but spend more on the pitch so your cutbacks point is wrong. investing in more lights to help grow the pitch, improving areas of the pitch, etc.
  24. You still overlooked that the pitch has been played on 4 days in short period of time and trained on regular during the cold weather. I have not said Blackburn has it own microclimate tho did I?
