Like I said I see Styles as centre midfielder and not a left back/wing back. He played centre midfield yesterday for Barnsley Exactly. The focus should always been on the team and not one player whoever that player is

Dack isn't a number 9 at all and that why Vale and Dolan played yesterday. Plus I don't get why Dack should have been given any game time yesterday given the game situation and we were winning. I totally agree on your last point and I don't imagine JDT will be happy about that. I seen a couple of people suggesting Dack doesn't suit JDT's tactics/style of play and then someone posted on here about a falling out between JDT and Dack last week. Doesn't look good at the minute for Dack here I don't think he look lost at all agreed. JDT didn't happen by BBD going for go instead of looking for a pass to Vale or Gallagher or flick of QPR player going into the goal

Yes I was there in the queue to get into the Blackburn End at 2pm. They were checking for fake season tickets and match day tickets

it's great shame about that situation and I feel for them all Where I sit in the NO2 part of the Blackburn end they were alot of new faces around me. Still around 12 people I seen or spoken before. Families mainly the new ones.

I thought Vale was decent enough and I would start him again. Thought he show some good points but for his first start he did decent. Think some people comments are abit off on his overall performance

Well their new manager didn't played him there yesterday. He was very good against us at Ewood Park in December 2021 when he played in midfielder No he didn't come with the players to applaud for sure. I didn't think too much about it at the time. I can understand his frustration at not playing any part in the game but we win and we need to stick together as a team. The team must come first whether Dack is starting or not.

I think the ITV Football League show was good and different than Quest. I'm sure it will get better and more interesting as the weeks go on

he had a very good game and defensively solid. Good going forward and I think he has more to come attacking wise. Upgrade on Nyambe already IMO

I think @Paul Manimentioned something about Dack not suiting JDT playing style. The fans wanted to see Dack on but JDT wouldn't be sway to let the fans have what they want. We seen today what JDT wants from his number 10. Is Dack that player? or will he adapt it to suit Dack?

I think they will suffer hangover there after playoff final failure. Plus a change of head coach. You were good in the first half. Second half you play the situation and stop Huddersfield from coming alot more into the game after short good spell for them

Very good win and excellent start for Jon Dahl Tomasson and the players today. We set up in 4-2-3-1 formation with Vale up front, Gallagher right, Hedges 10 role and Brereton-Diaz on the left but one of the things we witness was movement and moving inside and allowing the full backs to be the wider players in the team. Jon Dahl Tomasson has a clean way he was us to play and this is work in progress but good start. Some good nice and quick one touch passing today. Travis scored a great goal and he was good today. Buckley shown class in the 8 role and show his passing quality and his tackling was one of the key thing in our victory. Hedges was good in the 10 role and my man of the match. Played the role well. Kaminski did everything well and the back 4 was mostly solid. One of two positional of the centre backs wasn't right. Brittain was very good at right back. Pickering was ok but needs to do better going forward for me. Pleased Vale started and he had a good game. Some good touches and movement. Also He shown great awareness to run back into midfield and cover for Buckley when he was down after a collision with Dickie in the penalty area. Interesting we only 1 sub today but JDT didn't bring Dack as fans wanted him to and The players look fitter and quick then last season. Plenty to go forward with for JDT and the team.
