Riis is out of contract in 5 months time, would he really cost so much? Also we have received 30m plus in the last 12 months and we spend around £2.5m in the summer. The club should be investing some of the money we received on players that will help us get a playoff place and hopefully promotion, not looking for players who could be gems in the future. Fair points but also if the team is set up for them you will score more goals. I think BTA is more than capable of scoring 15 goals a season at this level and if he was/is our number 1 target, go and get it done But if the head coach wants that and you keep saying let's head coach decides who we sign then which one is it. Give the head coach what he wants or ignore him? But he has the pace from the video I've watched 13 mins. From the links in the media, it's appears Championship experience is what we want. Gueye was very good, winning headers, overall play improving, had a few good chances, need to cross the ball more for him. Hit with 3 more injuries.
