I'm sure it has been mentioned on here but I saw a stat on twitter that really does show why the home supporters are getting really pissed off. Since 15/3/23 at Ewood Played 24 Won 6 Drawn 8 Lost 10 75% of teams coming to Ewood have left with something. I knew it had been bad but I was genuinely shocked it was so bad. -

Absolute bobbins, I'm firmly in a relegation preparedness state. We have today been carved open and generally speaking been pasted by Plymouth in thankfully all but score line. We had the same troubles throughout the game and the manager didn't seem to see them and or act on them, it was an extremely worrying watch. Somebody at the club please be kind and lead Mr Eustace by the arm and tell him to call a spade a spade, we've had decades of bullshit and don't take too kindly to it. This post and pre match football cliché lottery is starting to grate massively. -
When he played for us I did quite rate him but he was just never available enough. I have to say I'd have never have offered him a contract after training with us then trying to slope over to the Middle East for a bigger pay day.

Whilst you make a very valid point, this game was a very viable 3 points. The majority of our remaining games not so much, that's were my major frustration comes from.

I'd be absolutely fuming if I was a Millwall fan after their lack of adventure. I honestly don't think there is a team they will face with less backbone and a 3 points gift, they too are still in the relegation mix. Also piss off with your gesturing Hyam, worry about your horrific defending than one or two jeers for our negative play.

I'm sorry but the tactic of sending everything down the right in the second half when Pickering was filling a gap for an injury just beggar's belief. He is so one footed that if the ball was played behind him he just had to backwards, it must have happened 30+ times. Yet not a single player or coach tried to change it.

Not seen a replay but it seemed like Wahlstedt would have been nearer to the ball had he literally stood still rather than diving out the fecking way!!

Blackburn Rovers 2024, Aynsley Pears is out ill and I'm petrified. Never did I believe that day would come.

Venky’s (& Suhail) Out Protest Ideas

One thing I remember about TV deals going up, was we dropped out of the Premier League the season they were due a good increase. Don't do it again Rovers! -
A massive test of the players stones tonight, we have to get 3 points. We must do the absolute basics that have been missing for months, take chances and be solid at the back. We don't stand a chance without the players doing that.

Rovers Rumours & Speculation
cesus replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
We just need something to happen sooner rather than later as we are running out of large assets to sell. The Raya money will be arriving in the summer which is highly likely to end up in the black hole with the Kaminski, Phillips and Wharton money. A new owner coming in and selling Wharton would have given us a real hope of making good signings and building for the future. A new owner arriving with all valuable assets exhausted really ties their hands. -

Rankin - Costello is starting to become a real concern. He's not even getting up to speed between injuries at the moment, never mind getting a long run of decent performances. -
Rovers Rumours & Speculation
cesus replied to Herbie6590's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
I always struggle with an article that starts by talking about Jack Walker and Kenny Dalglish. It in my opinion, alludes that as fans we expect to be at that level still, which we all know needs oil barons money these days. We simply want owners that care, have a plan and a desire to improve the club. I'm glad Herbie corrected Atkins on the lazy anology that we would be staring down the barrel without Venkys. -
I find so much of what is going on there absolutely mental. Kompany basically bosses the giggling nervous owner (hedge fund manager) around and gets whatever he wants. I speak to mates who are Dingles and they say he has earned another year after last season. So they want to judge him whilst smashing the Championship again as they have the strongest squad?!? He gets given incredible amounts of cash for players by insisting they will ALL increase in value. It just does not happen like that in the Premier League, in struggling sides not many players excel. The owner has fallen hook, line and sinker for all of Kompanys big talk.

He would have done. Pears almost seemed to save it on the line then knock it over the line with his trailing leg just for good measure. We will just add it to the ever growing list of awful/weak as piss goals conceded. -

You won't have many clubs that at 2-0 up after 20 mins you would take a point at that time. Should some guts in the second half which was pleasing. -
Jon Dahl Tomasson - no longer Sweden coach

Big Sam must have a short memory or be a bit skint to think of coming back. He just needs to flick through a few pages of his own book for a reminder ... Jerome Anderson and the list of players to sign. Venkys refusing him the chance to leave to the Middle East then sacking him a short while later. To name just two! -
Jon Dahl Tomasson - no longer Sweden coach

Agree with most of that, the last sentence if we are being fair was opposition managers realised we had no squad and couldn't really make any telling subs. -

In true Rovers style with getting fees we probably got offered compo from Sweden 2 weeks ago for JDT to become their national manager. He leaves today with us paying him. -

Either Andy Bayes or Elliott Jackson stated on twitter it was a standard practice if no midweek game. It certainly raised my eyebrows in view of current form/ defensive frailties! -

I shouldn't be surprised, I shouldn't even have apathy but applause has to go to the ownership for tricking me into thinking we may just may have sorted something regarding the manager by 2150hrs on Thursday before a huge game on Saturday. I'm clearly stupid.
