I’ve never had much time for Elliott from his LT reporting. However, to be fair, this is a really decent podcast in which both contributors don’t hold back and highlight the shit show of the Club’s leadership and the disrespect being shown to Eustace and all Blackburn Rovers fans. I understand what you’re saying and to some degree share the frustration that Eustace doesn’t call a spade, a spade or call them out quite as enthusiastically as JDT. However, on balance, I think he is probably going about it the right way, fighting it on the inside, whilst trying to keep morale up and hoping that things change.

If they don’t step up and show the slightest bit of ambition, bringing in some signings that people consider reasonable or stretching it I know, decent or even exciting. Then, I think it will probably be the lowest home fans attendance for this fixture, for many a year.

He is a left back but to be fair to the lad, he has shown more out wide in an offensive sense, especially when chasing games, than Hedges / Dolan or any other ‘winger’ on the books.

So the 20th January, matches and opportunities to collect points passing by the day/week and still not even a murmur of getting a decent offensive signing into the club. The only thing we really have to mull over, is Unleaded’s confirmation that O’Riordan will be going back to Crewe and that we are trying to get others out the door 🙈 If they don’t bring in decent players to support the HC/ Manager, when somehow he has us in the play off position, like JDT and Mowbray did in recent years, the few thousand of us remaining and the stay aways need to be going over the top and taking our club back.

I’ve never had an employment contract which didn’t allow me to leave with due notice, my guess is that Eustace will probably have a 12 month notice period.
