  1. Fuming. You cannot get a red in this kind of game. We will go on to lose now. Disaster.
  2. Better than expected line up with Brittain fit and Hedges on the bench. Siggy playing too offers us more of a goal threat. Back 5 is sensible given who we have in goal. We have to stop any attacks at source as any efforts on our goal will probably go in. We will win today.
  3. Trying to predict any result in the championship is very difficult. It's so unpredictable.
  4. Only 1 of the teams being below us in our run in does not worry me at all. We are rubbish against those teams anyway. We couldn't even beat Rotherham, QPR, Millwall, or Huddersfield at home. I'd much rather play mid table teams who don't have a lot to play for. My worry is that we just don't look anywhere near winning a game against anyone at the moment! I actually think the games against Boro, Sunderland, Bristol City, and Coventry (whose play offs hope may be over by the time we play them) represent much better opportunities for us to pick up points than games against clubs fighting for their lives. Even Leicester may not be as hard a game as it looks as they'll be promoted by then. I do therefore agree with the manager that tomorrow is not a must win as there's still a lot of to play for...but equally it just feels like if we can't beat a poor team like Plymouth then who can we beat.
  5. I think we will win tomorrow. This is the easiest game in our run in so we simply have to win. Plymouth don't have the defensive nous that Millwall do and their players are not experienced at this level so I think they have a strong chance of going down. Leo in goal again is a horrifying thought though. He will make at least one error that costs us a goal so we will need to score two or three to win.
  6. Although I love the club I won't be devastated if we go down as I hate the current version of the club. The Owners and the directors are all completely incompetent and this is exactly what they deserve. I will feel sorry for us fans though as we deserve much better. I actually even quite like the current crop of players. Most of them aren't very good but that's not their fault. I feel like they do give it their all but should not be anywhere near this level. I also think the manager is decent despite the awful start he's made. He's trying to change the style of football when he's got no time on the training ground with the games coming thick and fast. And he's also working with very limited players. If we do go down then he's probably the best man to bring us back up. There are rumours that GB is on gardening leave. I very much hope so! He has overseen the worst recruitment strategy we've seen at the club despite his short tenure. And not to mention the 3 admin errors in one year. Yes, he's not had a budget to work with but he really could not have done much worse overall even with limited funds. All roads lead to Venkys though. Words fail me on them. Hard to describe how useless they are. I hope we can all send a nice thank you message to them when we get relegated to lge 1 for the second time in their ownership!
  7. Stoke and Plymouth may just keep us up. They're our best hopes anyway. I'd also be very surprised if Sheff W can keep up this kind of form and the worry for them will be that they're still not out of the bottom 3 despite incredible results. They have Leeds and Ipswich next so that will be tough. I actually thought we'd draw tonight and then beat Plymouth on Sat, who I think have run out of steam. But I wouldn't back us to beat anyone right now so we could quite easily lose too!
  8. Garbage. Still no win for the new manager. Has there ever been less of an impact from a new manager? Really dour display and a game we never looked like winning. A point is not enough so it's an incredibly poor result..
  9. No thank you. I will switch over at that point and assume Millwall will go on to win.
  10. Turgid. Millwall are absolutely dreadful but we've got nowhere near even having a shot let alone scoring. They will probably score from a corner and win one nil. Sleepwalking to a 1-0 loss here. We can all see it coming.
  11. We are absolutely doomed. Shocking GK. Biggest game in years and we are relying on Leo in goal and Garrett in midfield. Not sure I can even bear to watch this horror show unfold.
  12. The worst team for Leo to be involved in. They will load balls into the box.
  13. This season keeps on giving - Leo back in goal.
  14. Our biggest game in years tonight. I have no faith in the current crop to get a win though. We lack the fight and leadership for a relegation fight whereas Millwall have that in abundance. If we go one down then we never come back to win so we simply have to get the first goal. I think it will be a draw as Eustace is good at getting those.
  15. I meant it in a more symbolic way that everything GB touches in the transfer market is an absolute disaster.
  16. Fleck out for the season. Another masterstroke by GB in the transfer market! Who'd have thought an old injury prone player would be, well, injured. What a transfer record than man has got!
  17. We will when we see the quality of player that replaces them!
  18. I hate Venkys as much as the next person but the above is just not true. Getting promoted to the Premier League would mean that the club could become self-funding and no longer have to put huge sums into the club. It would also give them greater brand exposure which is ultimately why they bought the club. It is very gutting to think our best assets will have to be sold off cheaply if and when we drop to league one. Sammie, Carter, Hyam, Bucko, Trav will all be sold cheaply. Others who will leave are Trav, Gally, Siggy, and all of the loan players. We then have Gregg responsible for a re-build on about 50p and a packet of crisps. We are in a real mess.
  19. It will be a draw. Millwall have way more about them than we do and will be happy to frustrate us for a point. I think we may beat Plymout though so that's four points out of 9 from relegation six pointers. We'd then have to find 9 other points from somewhere to stay up. We have the top goalscorer in the league yet sit one point above the relegation places. That shows how awful we have been. Although are squad is very poor, I still don't think it should be a squad on paper that is one point off relegation. There has been complete mismanagement at all levels this season. I genuinely can't see us staying up as we simply don't seem to know how to win games. Even when we went 3 up against Stoke we nearly imploded - and that was with us 3 up and very comfortable. Eustace just can't seem to get anything out of this squad so far. Not that I'm blaming him as he's had no time to work on the players but I did expect more of an impact than we have seen. Not a single win yet.
  20. 2 wins from our last 17 games and we need 3-4 wins from 11 league games from here to survive. We have Leeds, Saints, Leicester, Ipswich to play so it really is looking very unlikely at this stage. Question is who stays if and when we drop down a league. Really hate these owners more by the day.
  21. Does anyone have any belief we will get 6 points in the next 2 games? We've barely won for months. We're in miracle territory now given our form.
  22. Im very concerned we've had no new manager bounce at all. Not a single win under his belt yet. That was our only chance of survival getting that new manager bounce. Millwall have had a brilliant new manager bounce and they will probably beat us on Tuesday. I certainly don't see us beating them.
